i went for my 1st appt and was told to schedule my next appt for the 1st slot after lunch !pm....I arrived at 12:45 and was taken to an exam room at about 1:05...at 1:45 i needed to use the restroom and the Dr. was sitting at a desk in the nursing area talking on his cell phone...after returning i waited another 30 minutes and went out to see wth is going on...one of the nurses came in and tells me these waits are normal...up to 3 hours waiting time...she tells me how she didn't get lunch....i explained she is an employee and I am a patient....she stormed out of the room...in comes Thampy and he tells me how this is normal at "HIS" office....and maybe he was not the right doctor for me....I told him there was no maybe about it....he has no consideration for his patients....

This doctor made me and along with 3 other people who went to him, but recently changed wait for hours after your appointment time. After I sat for 2 hours I went and opened the door and gently spoke up when the dr was going to be in since I needed to get to work. He immediately came in and said next visit I need to tell the front desk that I needed a different color folder and he said it's because a lot of his patients were retired. I told him how disrespectful to those retired people and that was my 2nd and last visit with him.

Where do I begin??? The front office receptionist is rude and thinks she is a nurse, and she is not! I have always waited 1-2 hours in his office to be taken back. Thampy is arrogant and has terrible bedside manner. I literally ask him a question to his face and he looked at his assistant and answered for HER TO LOOK AT ME AND ANSWER FOR HIM!!! He has no concern for my concerns and actually laughed at me about a concern about insulin. My prescriptions were never sent to the pharmacy and I would have to call the office multiple times to get it done and sometimes it would take days. This “practice” is a joke and I will never go back.

He is Horrible person and Doctor. I spent most of my time with his nurse. He only stayed for a few minutes and left and never came back. Absolutely disrespectful and lack of care for the patients. Arrogant A****

If you have Diabetes, Dr Thampy is the Doctor to Go To For Treatment!
The can get it under control and change your life. I have been going to him for 7 years.
He is a "one doctor practice" and there may be waiting time if someone has problems. The staff is knowledgeable and always working hard. Early Appointments are best! A1C is down to 6.8 which is great for me!

The staff failed to send my necessary prescription and when I called and asked why they just said “we have a lot of patients it’s hit or miss if they get sent”. Absolutely disrespectful and lack of care for the patients.

I can't imagine ANYONE putting up with this arrogant a$$! 2+hour visit for him to spend less than 5 minutes with a pt AND NOT answer any questions. Why in he// ANYONE would go see him more than once is beyond me. Good riddance.

I like Dr Thampy and have been going to him annually for years. I guess i’ve gotten used to the fact that he is always running behind. Today I walked in at 2:55 for my 3:00 appointment. I didn’t see Dr Thampy until 4:40. It’s a shame to think that this is now acceptable. It isn’t and a patient’s time should be respected. If I could rate punctuality a zero I would.

Awful. Absolutely awful. Dr Thampy is arrogant lacks compassion and any true meaning of who a ‘doctor’ is.
