Dr.Wongs office had a shorter wait time than other doctors in my area so this is why i decided to see him. I now realize he has shorter wait times for a reason. Firstly it is next to impossible to reach his office, the office has irregular hours and takes forever to get back to you. Dr. Wongs receptionist is very rude and prone to mistakes. She repeatedly made mistakes on MRI requisitions and appointment times. This caused a large delay in my treatment.I have received notification three times now that they would have to cancel them and re-book. no reasoning was given as to why they had to be cancelled. When i did get to see Dr.Wong he was very short and uncaring. He shows a very limited knowledge. When asked about the risks of treatment he told me that there were no risks and laughed! He was also very pushy with the idea of botox treatment ( he is in it for the money).Go see someone else and save yourself the ordeal they will put you through!!

I really like Dr. Wong. He's a really nice guy who actually tries to help me when no one else gave me a chance. That really means a lot to me. I was in chronic pain for about a year and half before I came to him and he has been the only doctor that has found something that helps me and for that I owe him a lot. He was recommended by a friend and I'm happy they told me about him because he really has been a great doctor. His staff is really nice too, the secretary is always friendly and is happy to see you. Only problem I have is with the clinic, having to wait outside until 3 kind of sucks but I can also understand why they do that. Great doctor, I highly recommend him.

Not a good experience at all, & coming from a family of Dr.s, I found this doctor as one of the very worst. Before examining me he had already determined what my problem was. I never expected a doctor to assume a diagnosis prior examination or assessment. He was hurried and didn't want to know what I had to say. I had a pinched nerve in my spine and as far as he was concerned I had arthritis. When I asked him for help he said I should make another appointment. OHIP will pay him twice for this. I emailed him a month later telling him I was still in excessive pain & could not sleep for more than an hour at a time. His staff wrote me back giving me an appointment for several weeks later. After a month of waiting I went to another doctor who listened, prescribed some inexpensive medicine and I've started to get better. I'm still waiting for my appointment. Who goes to a doctor and asks for help and is told to make another appointment? No professionalism here, just milking the system!!!

One of the worst experiences I have had. Cannot get through to front desk. Office is closed most of the time. Absolutely brutal.

First of all, I had to wait about 6 months for my first appointment. The doctor came 45 minutes late to the affice and I had to wait another 30 minutes on the top of that. Both the doctor and his secretary were sick. He used no mask and sneezed and coughed continously. He spoke in broken words, very fast which decreased his inteligibility. The follow up session was even worse because I had to wait more than an hour. Reaching his staff is a nightmare because there is no answering machine to leave a message on or a real person to answer the phone. As a person who is working in the health system and I see patients every day, I found him very unprofessional and not helpful. No one goes to see him for fun. He did not have any practical solution for my issue and proved his lack of knowledge with providing unprofessional and very primitive comments to my questions and issues. The chiropractor and physiotherapist made more helpful comments but Dr. Wong got paid by OHIP. Not fair.
