She had been my doctor for 6 years. Her staff is the worst. Last year she dropped me as a patient because I didn't pay a $70 bill in a timely manner. I've gone into that office at least 4 times a year and have paid out of pocket for each visit. It looks to me as if patients aren't really her priority. Sad. Since I was forced out over a miniscule unpaid balance. They now refuse to forward my records unless I pay $35. I contacted the office and they refused to take a message for the doctor and told me the doctor would not speak to me since my account was sent to collections and I was no longer a patient. (Keep in mind this is over a ~70 bill that I sent them a check for. The check was returned.) My records are being held hostage by this office. I offered to copy my records (of which they were definitely paid for times over) myself and of course was declined. Ultimately this office does not have your best interest at heart. It's about money, down to the penny.

I wish I still lived in the bay area because I absolutely loved going to Dr. Pham. I started to see her when I was 18 and she made me feel comfortable, never rushed me, and genuinely cared for my well being. When I went to college, I would make sure when visiting my parents that I would make an appointment with her when it was time. Wish I could find someone like her in Orange County.

This Doctor is Money Hungry. She give out medication freely and I mean addictive ones. She will dismiss you if you have had another doctor. Even if you are no longer going to them. She will tell you that you are doctor shopping when you are not.

Dr. Pham has been my doctor for almost 8 years. She is kind, thoughtful and I absolutely love her. I have doctor anxiety, but I always feel at ease with Dr. Pham. She takes her time with her patients and I feel so well cared for.

Dr. Pham is the greatest doctor I have ever had! She is very easy to talk to, and she shows genuine concern for your problems. My family members and I have gone to her for around five years or so, and we absolutely love her! The only complaint we have is that some of her office staff are not too friendly, and at times can be rude on the phone. Otherwise staff issues she is perfect. Easy to get an appointment when needed, very thourough in everything, and extremely helpful and sympathetic towards all of your questions and concerns. I highly recommend her!

She is absolutely the best! She spends a lot of time with you and you can get in the same day if you really need to.
