If you're scheduled at 2, you won't be let in til almost 4 if not past 4
This is NOT ok.

Secretary at the desk was rude, with a big attitude. Clinic is dirty especially the secretary's desk.

This is where the Ontario College of Physicians sends their worst Doctors . It's this one doctor here in Windsor, what a disaster. Kept diagnosing my dad's sore throat for an infection for the longest time and giving him antibiotics. Until another Doctor with common sense decided to do a CT Scan and found stage 4 cancer which eventually killed him because it was to late. Just because someone passed the test for a degree doesn't mean they have any wisdom.

Worst doctor in Windsor if not the planet. Let me begin by stating that his negligence has been responsible for the death of my aunt. Due to his lack of ability to COMMUNICATE AND LISTEN, he would prescribe her any pills that may fit her issue and rush her out. He continues to do the same with my younger brother who approached him about anxiety and depression. Rather than listening, discussing or potentially referring him to a specialist, he simply gave him pills and went on about his day. Dr shasha had broken a major ethic and confidentiality rule when he EXPOSED to my mother aspects of my personal life. It would’ve made sense if I was under 18, but here I am at 23. He went on to make the most inappropriate comments claiming that any individual who is not married should not be partaking in intercourse. And it TRULY doesn’t make sense why his wait times are 3+ hours when this guy literally blows by your appointment in 5 minutes.

Long wait for a scheduled appointment. Patients are take out of order of the schedule. After the long wait, you have 2 minutes maximum with Dr.Shasha. He either writes a prescription or refers you to a specialist. No discussion about side effects or why you were sent to a specialist. He is just in a hurry all the time. Nice guy but not at all a reliable doctor.

Dr. Shasha, you and your staff should take a long break from 'practicing' and work on your communication skills. If you don't understand basic English, that is a big problem. You're rude and wouldn't come to see you if you were the last doctor on the planet.

Absolute worst staff and doctor. Minimal wait time is 3 hours. The secretary does not follow an order for letting people in. Awful. Awful. Just awful.
