I was concerned when, immediately after he returned from a trip to India in November he chose not to wear a mask during my office visit. He's very knowledgeable but I didn't feel he was trying to explain more natural ways to heal my body as much as suggesting pills and vitamins.

When I first started seeing him, his nurse practitioner increased my BP meds when she was supposed to decrease them due to hypotension. I didn't catch it for a few days and I called back complaining of increased weakness. The receptionist alerted the NP after she pulled my chart and realized what happened. The last appointment, my thyroid was low and he was supposed to increase my thyroid med, but called in for the dose I was already taking. Of course he was on vacation the next day when I went to the pharmacy to get it and it took me three days to explain to his office staff what the problem was. He also seemed more interested in selling me Herbal Life products than he did talking about any other health concern. I took that as my cue to find another doc!

My gastro doctor found me a better PCP than Jani;I received moderate-to-poor care with him. I sprained my ankle and Jani refused to treat it and I had to refer myself for physical therapy. I also had to refer myself to an endo because of my hormone imbalance that Jani couldn't treat;the new PCP found a mild cardiac problem on my very first visit. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who wants their health problems resolved.

Very Knowledgeable and professional doctor. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable also.
