Dr Simone is the best internal medicine doctor in town. She is incredibly intelligent and has a great bed side manner.

The best doctor I have ever had. After struggling with several chronic pain and fatigue issues and seeing many doctors SHE is the only one who has helped me.
She takes time and listens to you. She asks lots of questions so she can get to the root cause of the problem. My aunt recommended her to me. I would recommend her to anyone.

This was a frustrating experience. Dr Berard was in no sense connected to the financial burdens that she was placing me under by making her decisions on how to manage my health. From lab tests to imaging to referrals, she made her choices in a vacuum, and it led to financial hardship for me. Yes, she gave me time. Yes, she seems like a very nice woman. But in the end my experience is much fuller than just the time I spent in her company. Surrounding that was an endless string of unexpected bills for things I never asked for or approved. I was sent to imaging at an expensive facility, and it was not covered by my insurance. I was referred to a doctor to read those images who had no time/interest in me- he clearly had a tee-time at the front of his mind- and he billed me for surgery that never happened. The whole situation was a mess. Doctor= manager of health. Dr Simone Berard did not manage my health and wellness in an effective way for my needs. She gave me much stress.
