A monstrous human being. I saw her in 2021 and she was like a bomb blast in the room. Totally disrespectful to not only myself and my partner, but the entire staff. She made mistakes the whole way through and covered it up. She is a bully and a coward and probably the worst OB GYN practising in Montreal.

I saw dr. Tchervenkov in 2010 due to a uterine fibriod. She said the fibriod is too big so she had to remove the whole uterus. I went to another doctor's office for second opinion. Another doctor said it is not necessary to remove the uterus and I only need a small operation. Finally another doctor successfully did the surgery and completely removed the fibriod. 12 years past, my uterus is still healthy. I feel lucky that I cancelled the surgery with dr. Tchervenkov, otherwize I would lost my uterus.

I haven’t been to her office since pre-Covid. I was supposed to see her mid 2021 but Covid didn’t make it possible. As we know all doctors went to phone visits which is ok if they actually call you. This being said in come Her Secretary (thinks she’s a doctor) rude every time you call , kept telling me to call back because doctor can’t prescribe test if she doesn’t see me! We’ll if Doctor would return calls I could get some tests prescribed.and if she is not seeing patients how am I supposed to get my tests prescribed and no call back either.
Secretary Giovanna talks your ears off as if she’s a doctor and how in this day and age can you not have a computer! Dinosaur that’s what she is. Doesn’t give messages or returns calls Look for another doctor (because if secretary) if you can because even if you have Dr Tchervenkov you won’t be able to get an appointment because the gate keeper won’t let you in anyway!

Zero on punctuality: she was more interested in leaving than helping us. Zero on Helpfulness: she acted like I wasn’t even there. The opposite of helpful. Zero on Staff: She was so mean with the staff it was causing a lot of tension and problems. Zero on Knowledge: She did things carelessly and was mean to any supporting staff that tried to give suggestions. She looked in a daze most of the time, honestly, totally stumped, as if she’d just been hit with a pan across the face. They had to bring in someone else to help as she didn’t know what she was doing. I don’t know why she is still practicing medicine.

I had her for all three pregnancies in 939499 I loved her the only sad thing is I lived far so after awhile my file was closed She’s very caring she’s kind but yes there’s a serious side to her and I don’t believe any of the statements here my name is Kim and I can say she was amazing
