Sept 9,2020 I had TRIPLE bypass Surgery, it was tough times due to all the Covid restrictions. Dr Cohen and his staff were amazing. Also have to say his wife was very helpful whenever I had questions and needed further follow up care. Thank you and G-d Bless

My entire experience from start to end was first class. Dr. Cohen was polite, professional and accommodating. He exceeded my expectations and more. There is a reason why certain surgeons have waiting lists and others do not. The best!!!!!!!

When every Doctor turn you away from trying to save you, Dr. Cohen will take the risk an save your life like he has done it uncountable times. Do not give up, Dr. Cohen will take a great care of you!
Highly recommended!
PS: Because he is constantly saving lives even on his days off {rarely) it may take you a bit time before you see him, but NO ONE have ever been put off behind schedule, especially those under urgent categories.

In 2012 Dr. Cohen diagnosed me with severe Aortic Valve Stenosis (AVS) and advised me of the major risks if I had a valve replacement via "re-do" open heart surgery. He offered the option of TAVI and then provided me with exceptional and knowledgable cardiology care and guidance as my AVS severity increased, until in 2017, I was finally accepted for a successful TAVI. Now, five years on, I am enjoying an active and fulfilling lifestyle. Thank you Dr. Cohen for your judgment, guidance and support.

Everytime I tried to look back minutes before my open heart surgery, Dr cohen's last word to me that I could remember was you'll be okay. He is a life saver. I just finished my surgery 2 months and now I am completely okay and healthy. He is a gem. You may have second thoughts about other people's skill but not with this man. Thank you doctor

Dr Cohen saved my sister's life. She had 2 heart valves that were defective due to stage 4 NETS cancer. She was down to 93 lbs and I was concerned that she would not survive the month that the cardiologist had said it would take to get her into surgery. I phoned his assistant Meghan and she got him to see her the following Thursday. He scheduled the surgery for the following Wednesday and everything went perfectly. What a surgeon. His fellow doctors said that he was a monster surgeon and he lived up to the hype. He listened to my concerns and explained everything in a calm and patient manner.
His assistant Meghan is absolutely fantastic and totally caring. She cut through the bureaucracy. She was not the least bit officious. He spent 8 hours in surgery with my sister. When I had not heard back, i contacted Meghan at 6 in the evening and asked if the surgery was over. It turns out I gave them an incorrect number. Ten minutes later Dr. Cohen contacted me to apologize for what was my mistake. What a gem.
Thank you Meghan and Dr. Cohen for saving my sister's life. She would not be here today without the both of you. You are a great team. I only wish I could give you 10 stars. Chris H
