Absolutely love, love, love Dr. Burton! She takes her time with you and makes sure that you understand what she has told you. You are not just a nameless, faceless patient!!! And the nurses and front office staff are wonderful 2!

We saw Dr. Burton several times though Dr. Anderson was our son's physician. She never remembered who our son was (though we were there about every six weeks for nearly a year- ear infections, strep, you name it and he had it)...and the last three times we saw her all she would say is, "He needs tubes". That was her cure all. We left that office, he never had tubes, and his ears and hearing are perfect. I have a hard time trusting anyone who pushes a invasive procedure - and one that doesn't necessarily cure anything- onto a 20 lb child.

They used to have long waits but have greatly improved that in the past 6 months-only drawback is that you see whoever is first available, Dr or Physican's Asst.-I never had a problem seeing either. Both my boys have asthma & 1 has severe ear infections & I've never had any trouble getting in to see a Dr last minute. I never seem hurried during the appts and they always have time to answer my ?s & I've had plenty to ask. They always promptly returned my phone calls during those late night & weekend emergencies. It is a busy practice but their staff is very friendly and more than willing to answer any ?s you might have. Any messages that I have left on their Voice mail re: a call back have always been returned that day (for appts they call back within the hour). Any problems that have come up (in my experience that has been rare) their staff will go out of their way to correct the problem.

Dr. Burton is one doctor among 4 other doctors and n.p.s in one practice. They are always extremely hurried, leading you to think that the information given is incorrect. Waiting time is ridiculous. In order to make appt., you must go through an automated system. You can never speak to anyone live. Then, when leaving a msg., employees never give a direct # to reach them, just the automated system again. Thirty-something employees work here, but they are closed for lunch. Also, the automated system shuts down early (before closing time). Their services are only convenient to their practice, not to their patients.
