I've seen him twice now with my little ones. Found him to be very thorough along with very personable. He makes you feel at ease.

This Doctor seems to be great unless you disagree with what he says, If your alone with him then he really thinks he can say what he wants. I hope one day his true colors come out! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

I was so impressed with Dr Sheppard! I brought in my 9 year old son with a severe cut on his big toe. The doctor reassured us with his thoughts on how he was going to approach the wound. He answered all of my sons 100 curiosity questions with a smile. Excellent bedside manners! Wish he was my family doctor! Son came out with 14 stitches and felt reassured and confident. So impressed with our Emergency experience!

Saw Dr. Sheppard a few weeks ago with what I thought was a kindey infection. I was 19 weeks pregnant at the time. The hospital staff got me in ASAP which was a nice change for sure. He ran blood tests and a urine test just to find out it was a bad muscle spasm in my back. I said that I felt stupid for wasting his time and he assured me that I didn't and if he had the same symptoms as me he would have taken himself to the hospital as well. Enjoyed my experience in the ER that time more then any other time I've needed to go. Thanks Dr. Sheppard

Have seen Dr Sheppard in emerg for bladder infections and once for a lung problem. He is excellent - a real breath of fresh air in a stale old hospital emergency room. I too wish he would go into family practice here.

Dr Shep is so good with kids i wish he would acutally be a family doctor up here in ft mac we could use a good doctor here since all the rest are half cracked!

I am very pleased with him. It takes a while for him to see you but that is not his fault (short of dr.s) Very nice and expains things.

I went in pregnant with complications. He indicated we'd lost the pregnancy and we were sent for a surgery. The OBG determined we had not miscarried, the baby was fine. A few months later we gave birth to a very healthy baby. No explanation was ever given to why we were told we'd miscarried when we hadn't. We felt very confused, and are to this day. He never explained to us how you can misdiagnose a miscarriage, I guess we are fortunate it was caught before surgery.

Dr sheppard is awesome, when i was sick he knew right away what was wrong and my family doctor didnt. I think he is so awesome and doing a great job in a place such as fort mmcurray. WAIT TO GO.
