I’ve seen this Dr in the past and couldn’t believe how rude, arrogant and high n mighty on himself he was.

Sent me home without performing any tests , came back 2 hours later after shift change n got a sudden doctor , had CT found issues got proper treatment . Shepard came back on the following night shift , I was still in ER. He came in my room clapping his hands n bowing , speaking aggressively, “ you won , you won thus time “. I replied It’s not about winning , it’s about doing your job and helping ppl .. not very professional on his part and forget about treating patients with respect or dignity .. shameful

I was blowen up by a commerical semi truck tire back in 2002. Remember me. I won't forget you. Just remember what pain killers you prescribe humans, and what they can do. Alongside a prognosis of no concussion therapy. Literally just recovering, almost 20 years after. Rough ride buddy, rough ride. Physiotherapy wasn't enough. An MRI 15 years later discovered a separate c4-5 ,c5-6 vertebrae seperation of over 3/4's of an inch. So mabey the x-ray wasn't enough for you to realize, my neck was broken. I was sent home from the Ft. McMurray Hospital the same night as my incident. I ended up going back to the hospital with severe equilibrium issues. Kept throwing up and dry heaving for a week or so. Some how it slipped through the proper way of being fixed,and I hold you, and the hospital accountable. I was pushed through the system, to avoid any unnecessary attention. I filed a complaint ro the hospital, but of course it was over looked. In the nature of the matter, I could only assume so. Covering up, with a sum of cash I suppose. Of course, we wouldn't want to tarnish this companies name afterall. Just remember, I remember.

Dr Sheppard is by far my favourite ER doctor. He is so compassionate and gentle. He is also very thorough and helpful. He never makes me feel rushed or unimportant. I always leave wishing that he had his own private practice because I would love to have him as a GP

This was the best er dr experience ever. He didn't make me feel stupid or like I didn't matter. Sat down and told me exactly what was going on. This guy deserves special recognition for having such a warm personality
