The staff are very good. Our first visit to dr Herzenberg and we rate him 10/10. Very helpfull, and we will refer him to anyone. Such a wonderful soft hearted and caring person with lots of experience.

Dr Herzenberg has been our family Dr. for many,many years. He is a professional and caring Doctor who is always ready to help,sometimes by referring you to the correct specialist. Dr. H has a gem called Margaret, who has been with his office just as long as we have been attending. Kelly is also very caring and professional. I really don't know what my entire family would do with out him.Please take lots of vacations, but never retire.We would miss you and the ladies soooo much.Dr has a special spot in my heart,when my Mom passed, he called me to offer his condolences, now that's a great and compassionate gentleman.Thank You for taking great care of my family.

He's been our doc for over 20 years now. Kind, calm and reassuring, he will confess when the symptoms surpass his knowledge and will promptly point the patient in the right direction, which is exactly what a family doctor is supposed to do. I already hate the day when he's going to retire and I will have to look for another family doctor. As for Margaret, his assistant, she is simply the absolute best in business.

Recently having moved back to Windsor I was SURPRIZED & delighted to find out that Dr.Herzenberg still had his practice. I had imagined he would have been having a cool refreshment on a sunny beach somewhere (retired).I immediately called & amazingly Margarette remembered me from several years ago.BTW, she is the best Admin Asst. Ive ever had!I truly looked forward to catching up with them at my first appointment.If you have not had the pleasure to meet Dr Herzenberg let me explain my experience that has not changed in 14 years with a 7 year absence.When Dr. H enter's the room is lit up with his smile!He has such a great calming voice & genuine warm hearted presence to him that anyone I am sure, feels comfortable & safe. He is professional but you can talk with him about anything. My point is I am so LUCKY to have Dr.M Herzenberg as my doctor & I hope others realize that as well.OH & I hope he never really retires now that I have him again...JK...Well maybe in 10 years that be fine ;)

After several year of seeing another doctor my husband diagnosed with cancer the first time seeing him. He and his staff are greatly appreciated everyday. They are more helpful then any hospital emergency we have encountered. Kind, gentle and caring is the care we receive when ever needed.

After going to Dr. Fedourik and receiving terrible advice (chicken soup), I went to see Dr. Herzenberg and was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. He prescribed me a puffer and anti-biotics. He was a nice guy too.

dr herzenberg was my doctor for the past 16 years. very warm and caring, while still very professional. Margaret is the best office support in the business. I will greatly miss dr herzenberg and his staff: I just wish that I could convince him to move to ottawa and set up shop!

Dr. Herzenberg is my family doctor for almost 15 years now. When i go to the walk in clinics in windsor they give me 50 pills to take and I still dont feel good after finishing my pills.I go to doctor Herzenberg he gives me only five pills and I take one in my way home and I feel good already. he is a miracle doctor, and for the people who left ngative comments, I have a friendly advice for you if you are not satisfied with his service you can always change your family doctor, Dr Herzenberg have thousands of patients, I don't think he will suffer if he loses you.

Knowledge is limited, anything beyond common cold symptoms he is unable to diagnose or treat. He needs to find a more hands approach to practicing medicine. or ReTire
