I’ve been contemplating liposuction for years. After reading all the positive reviews, I chose Dr. Spence. My experience with Dr. Spence has been truly amazing. I’m 7 months post-op tummy tuck with liposuction of the hips and thighs. I’m 5’9, 180 lbs. with most of my weight in my hips and thighs. I was very concerned about losing my curves. Dr. Spence was very patient and explained the procedure in great detail. He sculpted my body to perfection. I regained my confidence and love my results. If you are really considering surgery, Dr. Spence will not disappoint. He and his staff are amazing.

I had the best care with Dr. Spence and staff! Even though I had a complication, without fault of doctor, they made sure to remedy it including taking time on weekends if needed. You know, i was kind of scared, but he made me so comfortable that after my last follow up i was sad to leave. I would give him 20 stars if i could. I highly recommend, and would go back if i needed to, but i am so happy with my results there is no need to back. A job well done and the staff is beyond amazing.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Dr. Spence’s office. He has an absolutely amazing staff, whom are very kind, pleasant, and fun. I had a keloid on my left ear that made me incredibly self conscious about having my hair up. After the excision and going through the healing process my self confidence came back. I would definitely recommend his office to everyone I know. He’s definitely on my list for any procedures that I would want in the future.

I am so very happy that I found Dr Spence to discuss and address issues that, as a woman, I have not been happy about my entire life. Through his artistic talent and skill, he transformed parts of my body from something I felt distasteful into what I can be proud. No implants or artificial enhancements but exceptional surgical skill. I do not have the words to properly express my happiness with the results. He is an exceptional corrective surgeon who revised 20 year old scares. He entire staff was exceptional and took excellent care of me pre op, during and post op! Dr Spence is the best choice for your needs, I would never chose any other Dr.

Dr. Spence and his staff are extremely caring and professional. From my first visit I knew he was a caring physician. I had a consultation that last almost two hours that included an examination performed by Dr. Spence. He set down and spoke to my husband and I explaining what he could to and how it would be done. He put my health ahead of my looks and his profits. That is to be commended!

Going anywhere else is a mistake.

This place is truly the best. This office provides exceptional care, facilitated by a top-notch staff. You cannot beat the expert professional care, given with warmth and kindness by a staff that is dedicated to making you feel heard and at ease. The nursing and support staff take such care from the moment you walk in and all through your recovery period.

The absolute star of the show is Dr. Kenrick Spence. With his calm demeanor, he will make you feel at ease no matter the situation. He is meticulous with his craft and so so patient. He has such an incredible depth of knowledge and passion for his work. If you require any cosmetic enhancements, he is simply the best in the business. Going anywhere else is a mistake.

Dr. Spence and his entire staff from the front desk to the surgical nurses and technicians/assitants, this place is truly the best. They communicate properly with you every step of the way. Dr. Spence is really amazing with his work and follow up post care , attention to detail, and love and compassion for all of his patients. It was a blessing to be able to see them for my needs. I will never forget Dr. Spence and his great team at Hillcrest Plastic Surgery.I wish I could give 100 stars, but the most google allows is 5. :-)
