Omg where do I begin. Biggerstaff very short on every response and flies out the door with no words I should’ve known then to run and not use him. I come back to get more of my questions answered since he left me in an awkward position of not answering many of my questions except a couple. He would agree with everything you say but I felt he really wasn’t listening. 2nd appt again out the door within 4 mins says there’s an emergency because of an accident someone was in which is not my fault so I shouldn’t have to pay for that visit. They’re still billing me and get this it’s been over a year now after I paid for what I owed. They send it to a collection agency which I never knew anything about it until collections calls me. Plus when you accept a doctor to do the surgery the orientation fees should already be written within the surgery quote. Biggerstaff and the financial administration are quick to talk, promising you the world then they absolutely do nothing for you but the minimal. Watch out because they will never share all the info with you too. They’ll claim one price but bill your insurance 3x the amount. You’ll notice there’s never a breakdown on the prices. They gave me quotes on things that never happened because I chose not to do those but what I did get done medically there was no quote given to me. Except a roundabout backwards one. They’ll trick you into thinking it’s one price and not the other by talking fast throwing out numbers giving you your out of pocket deductible so you think it’s only going to cost $2,000 when in actuality that was how much my deductible was left not the cost. The cost ended up being $5000. I wouldn’t have done any of my Medical rhino, if I knew the actual price. They charged me over $5,000 when I had my brothers awesome doctor that would’ve done everything for $1,500 since I wasn’t doing cosmetics. Biggerstaff then had my appt made at a surgery center which my insurance company would not cover. I am livid about everything, glad that was found out before I went there. I hate to get another X-ray too because I bet anything he didn’t remove the nodule out of my septum that he promised too. After surgery he didn’t come back in the room to even check on me. During surgery they gave me so much drugs I couldn't wake up for 3 days. I then ended up with a $4,000 hospital bill for being over medicated. I was so stopped up I almost died. Thank God my boyfriend grabbed me up off the bathroom floor and took me to the emergency room immediately.
Even at the beginning the staff told me Biggerstaff did not accept my insurance so I went with another doctor in their group. I of course still had to pay for that appt over their lie. I even called my insurance company and they said he’s in their network of doctors...but Biggerstaff group still denied they accepted it until after I seen McSoley it took a nurse to tell me Biggerstaff accepts my insurance so I ended up having to pay McSoley still under false pretenses too. His staff and him are rude and won’t write anything off even when they’re the one’s at fault.

Dr. Biggerstaff is not only kind, he is one of the most talented surgeons in Indianapolis. My family has used him for E.N.T. procedures, as well as cosmetic services. Fantastic results!! I am an O.R. nurse and have worked with many surgeons in the city, he is top notch!!! Many medical professionals go to him and refer their difficult cases to him {correcting bad rhinoplasty results, difficult throat procedures) I am telling you he is very talented, ethical, and fair. You can go cookie cutter or step out of the box. I feel lucky to work in surgery and be able to send my family, friends, and self to best surgeons out there.

I have had both surgery on my nose and throat and plastic sugary both by Dr. Biggerstaff. He is fantastic. His plastic surgery took 10 years off my face and looked completely natural. People didn't realize I had had a face light but everybody was telling me how great I looked and that was the result I wanted--not to look like a Hollywood starlet at age 50. I'm sure if I had wanted that he could have done that too.

This doctor actually listens to what the patient wants, his or her concerns. I had a rhinoplasty several years ago with a very popular doctor in Carmel, IN. It was a disaster not only because the doctor gave me a tilted up cheerleader nose, a cookie cutter pattern many doctors use, but it was also disasterous becuase I went to another local doctor(Carmel,IN) to fix it and it made the problem even worse. I then had breathing and cosmetic problems. Dr.Biggerstaff knows what is right for the INDIVIDUAL, and sees beauty in many forms. He was able to work with my situation, fix my breathing, and give me a beautiful outcome that suits me, and considered more "ethnic rhinoplasty". This man can think outside the box, he is realistic and very honest. He takes his time, and gives you an idea by working images up on a computer first for you. His office is outdated, staff not proficient. YOu will do most of the communication work, but your results will be A+.
