Dr. Abraham Jaguan was rude and didn't listen to me when I explained to him I was in pain. The multiple times I called for help with my pain management he said he couldn't do anything and this was unusual. When I went to the office he continued to say my pain was unusual and then proceeded to drain my sinuses even though I asked him to stop because I was hurting. He just kept saying I'm almost done. He treated my pain and concern as if it didn't matter and would sigh and say well if your hurting this much then I guess you can go to the emergency room. I have never been treated so badly in my life. I would not recommend him. He should be ashamed of himself for the way he treated me. Thank God Mercy Hospital treated me kindly and took care of me. They saw their was a problem.

More than 2 hours waiting. They overbook . Very bad experience

Doctors are well quality and good .
But Absolute chaos for appointment time every visit and over ONE - TWO HOURS WAITING due to messed up and multiple appointments.
This Mercy Hospital facility and ENT center is NOT RECOMMENDED.
Front desk team is rude and have no answer what they have to do with appointments.
Asked for office manager.. was informed no office manager on duty and no any senior responsible staff to assist and take action.

Dr. Jaguan is an excellent doctor and I dare say he must also be a very good human being. As a patient I felt confident to be operated on by a surgeon who brings together the highest level of knowledge with vast experience and amazing skills, humanity, decency and honesty. After the surgery I feel grateful to have been in the hands of an expert professional, a surgeon blessed by the grace of God. His entire team is wonderful, the assistants, receptionists, surgical coordinator, in general all the staff in that office knows how to do their job well and each employee works with precision and speed, while remaining kind and considerate at all times. I feel grateful and fortunate to be in their care and I recommend this doctor and his team with total confidence.

Fui intervenida de un tumor benigno de parotida por el Dr Jaguan, fue exitosa mi cirugía sin ninguna complicación y un buen postoperatorio, gracias a Dios y al doctor Jaguan por su destreza, empatía y profesionalismo al igual que su staff. Si necesita un otorrino el Dr Jaguan es la mejor eleccion.
