This office is a nightmare. Office staff is so afraid of Covid they could care less about patients. I suffer from anxiety. I pulled my mask down to take a deep and his nurse went ballistic....absolutely did not care that I was having trouble. Doctor is dismissive and doesn't answer questions. When I called back when problem was persisting, I was told that the doctor did not see any point in seeing me again. I would go to my dogs vet before returning to this office.

Horrible. Didn’t treat my ear issue and seemed disinterested. Would never recommend. Office waiting area in Newark during this Covid-19 was packed. Didn’t feel safe.

He did not listen to me at all or try to deal with my symptoms. He rather pressed me to have an expensive sleep test to be paid for by my insurance without explaining why I would need this or how it related to my symptoms. (It did not; I do not have any form of sleeping disorder.) I waited over an hour in his office, but he only spent a total of five minutes with me and performed only a perfunctory examination before ordering the sleep test. I will never return to his office!

I saw him for hearing loss. During the visit he asked me about snoring because ofsome things he saw on exam. Dr Imber ordered a home sleep test and found out I had sleep apnea. I now use a CPAP machine when I sleep. I feel so much better. More rested and energy. Also I got hearing aids for my hearing loss. I'm like a new person. Great doctor.

Dr Imber treated me for allergy and sinus problems. My case required surgical and allergy desensitization. I had originally seen him for surgical second opinion. He reviewed my CT scan with me and discussed my options. He then had me allergy tested, which was very positive. Dr Imber did sinus surgery with excellent results. I had minimal post op pain. He also started me on allergy shots. It has been 2 years and I never felt better. I do have to wait up to 30 minutes but his office is pleasant with good magazines. The staff is superb, friendly and efficient. I fully trust Dr Imber, and have started bringing my daughter to hI'm as well.

Dr Imber is a very polite and respectful. I have been going to his office since 2010 and very pleased with my progress. I was a complicated case with severe allergies and chronic sinusitis. Dr. Timber explained during my 1st visit that to properly treat and for me to feel any relief would consist of testing, medicines and shots. He listens to all my concerns, answers all my questions, maintain eye contact each and every visit. Dr. Imber explained on my first visit that if I felt that a medicine he prescribed wasn't working effective to let him know and we would try another. He said my case would be difficult and that it would take some weeks for me to actually feel better. With us working together and reporting any new symptoms promptly I have not had to use my epipen in years. I maintain my weekly allergy shots, take daily medicines and go to all appts. I sit outside, open up my windows without my eyes, throat & skin itching and red.

Worst doctor visit in a long time. Dr. Imber does not listen to the patient AT ALL. I told him that I have already seen a family doctor about my ear/nose/throat problem, and went to him specifically because I wanted a specialist to determine the root cause. Instead, he prescribed me the same exact antibiotics and nose drops that my family doctor has already prescribed to me which I told him I already took with no effect. His response to my question on why he is prescribing me the same antibiotics again without any analysis was "these are not the same antibiotics/drops as your family doctor prescribed". After getting my prescription and comparing it to the one my family doctor gave me previously, it turned out to be the same identical amoxicillin and same drops. Needless to say, they had 0 effect the second time around. Definitely would not recommend. Also, I waited for my appt for ~3 hours, though it seemed that it was a problem specifically that day with a patient with an emergency.

I would NEVER go to this man again. I had gone to him for over a year complaining of hearing loss and balance issues. He kept ignoring it. It wasn't until after a second opinion that I found out I had a BRAIN TUMOR!!!!He did NOTHING!!! Never again. He is the worst...
