Michael Pickford was absolutely the worst doctor I have ever been to. He has no compasion and certainly doesn,t know his stuff. He spent no time with me with a terrible personality and no clue what he was doing. He was a waste of my time

The WORST ENT I've ever seen , WRONG diagnosis, bad attitude, really rough with the scope and didn't care and got nasty when I told him he was hurting me. Had to wait a long time , and pay for all of this. Don't waste your time or money on this clown - he shouldn't be dealing with the public - he's a bad Dr who is not happy with his life and takes it out on others. Found a good Dr after him, and everyone at that office was aware of how bad Pickford is . Don't do it.

In all years of having major ear problems I have never encountered such a terrible ENT. I hope this review saves someone a lot of time and pain and wasted money. He performed surgery to implant a prosthetic bone in my ear and help fix my deviated septum. The surgery went way wrong and he burst the main blood vessel that went to my nose. After the surgery I was in a lot of pain and when I went back for the check up he said it did not go as well as he hoped and that the prosthetic bone was not in the right place. He did a horrible job with the procedures and was not sensitive to my pain and was quite rude in my opinion. Now I have to have more surgery to fix what he was not capable of doing. The implant is not in the right place causing me pain, cannot hear out of the ear, still cannot breathe out of one side, and since he destroyed the nerves I cannot feel the roof of my mouth and my nose itches all of time. He also really did a number on a friend whom is completely dissatisfied with his services. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and retire Dr. Pickford. You obviously have a terrible attitude and have lost you passion and ability to be a physician.

I took my child to Dr. Pickford for ear tubes. At our nine month follow-up appointment, Dr. Pickford said that he had wax in his ears so he couldn't examine him. He had the audiologist (who is great) perform a tympanogram on him which showed that his right ear was flat lined. Dr. Pickford told us this meant there was fluid present and most likely hearing loss. I asked if we could do a hearing test, but he said that is not necessary. He told me to go home and put peroxide in his ear for the wax and come back in six months. My son is under 2 years old and learning to talk so hearing is vital at this stage. There was no way I was going to wait 6 months to have him evaluated again. I made an appointment the next day with a pediatric ENT, who said over and over that he was so glad I brought him in. He cleaned out the wax in his ear (painless and took less than 2 minutes) and found that my son has a major ear infection. So glad I found a different doctor who took the time to correctly diagnose and treat my son. If you have a child, I highly recommend finding a good Pediatric ENT to treat your child.

The worst ENT I've ever seen. He was of no assistance to me. I came in after having throat problems for years and I left worse off than when I came in. He took a long time coming in the room, then only spent maybe 2 minutes with me. I would recommend people find someone else before seeing this doctor.

Dr. Pickford is a no-nonsense type of Doctor that values my time. I was seen on time, and had a very professional visit. Staff was courteous and actually fun! Thanks!

Dr. Pickford would not listen to my concerns and would not answer my questions. His exam was extremely limited; he merely went through the actions of looking in my ears, up my nose, and into my mouth. He never inquired about any sinus problems I may have even after I tried to explain I was having problems. He said my problem was "non-specific" and his only option was to schedule an extensive test. I spent over 45 minutes waiting in the exam room for him and then he spent approximately five minutes with me. I found Dr. Pickford to be arrogant and rude and I certainly will not be going back to him.

I'd love to hear from those who have had problems with this doctor. I had a very nice visit. The office staff was very nice and Dr. Pickford was wonderful. Very nice great bedside. Explained everything to me very well. Answered all of my questions. I was surprised to see only 2 stars I would of thought 4 to 5 would of been more real for him as a Doctor. I had no problem with them fitting me in for an app. I thought Dr. Michael Pickford was a Great Doctor.

We were told to be to the office at 12:30 pm for a 1:10 pm appointment. When we arrived at 12:30, the door was locked and an out to lunch sign hung on the window. When we tried to open the door to wait in the waiting room we were yelled at -- the office staff said not to pull on the door, because it might break. So me and my 89 y.o. Grandmother had to wait in the hall for 30 minutes. I do not recommend this practice.
