Audiologist fired after I had left my hearing aid for repairs. Repair never happened. Two months later hearing aid returned still not functioning. Phone messages never returned. Indifferent and or incompetent, can't tell. I will never set foot in this office again.

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!! This is the WORST office staff I have ever encountered in my life! Everyone is so rude and treats their patients horribly. A very dysfunctional office. You will regret going to this doctor. My surgery was unsuccessful and one side has actually collapsed. I now have to see a plastic surgeon to get this disfigurement fixed and also try to gain the ability to breath again on one side. Years of frustration.

I was having nasal swelling and trouble breathing through my nose. On the first visit Dr. Gadlage he was able to reduce the swelling and diagnosed a deviated septum. Dr. Gadlage walked me through the entire process and I had surgery a few days later. After the healing process I am at %100 breathing capacity, I no longer snore and have a ton more energy now that I can breathe. When I could not get help at the VA Med Ctr for a large mass in my sinuses, Dr Gadlage saw me the next day and had me in surgery the following morning!! He has been my ENT for over 30 years and he is the best!!!

Every patient's experience is different and people can get frustrated when an instant solution is not given right away. I have read some of the previous reviews and a some of them seem initiated by frustration. As a patient myself, Dr Gadlage has been a great doctor and extremely caring. I highly recommend him for any of your ENT needs.

We have been using Dr Gadlage for over 18 years. He is a wonderful doctor who cares about his patients. He operated on my oldest daughter when she was 5 -- she has had several operations over the last 18 years . She is now 23 and still loves this doctor. My other two daughters have had similar experiences and they live him as well. He has operated on me and my husband several times. -- sinus, tonsils, UPP, parotid rumors, etc. people are amazed at the job he did on my parotid tumor. I don't evn have a scar! We travel nearly 60 miles to see him because he is awesome!

I had 6 procedures at one time: 4 sinus and 2 throat. I also have a high tolerance for pain medication and low tolerance for pain. There were time when I felt that I was unaware of small details like my outpatient surgery turning to 1-day in-patient procedure. I found out with my pre-op appointment with the hospital. Not sure if this was a mis-communication on my part or theirs so I was so nervous. Overall the Dr Gadlage and his staff were helpful and knowledgeable when I asked questions. They gave me additional local anesthesia when needed for in-office procedures and xrays. For post-op visits, several sites and post-op instructions recommend taking pain med prior to the procedure because local topical pain reliever may not be enough. So far my care and experience have been great, and I can't complain.

My insurance paid far more than that - but...this man is brutal and totally insensitive. I went in with severe pain, like a toothache, have had it on and off for years - I wanted to have the repeat surgery if it would alleviate this pain -- it did not, and the brutality of the procedure was unbelievable, it felt like he ripped off my face and stuck a bandaid on me and sent me home - repeated telephone calls about the horrendous pain, even trip to ER -- he did absolutely nothing about it - I would not allow this man to work on a pet snake - my personal opinion is that he is horrible -- his bedside manner was hideous and he left me to suffer unnecessarily - my own personal advice based on my experience is to find an alternate physician who is compassionate and listens to patients and won't leave them to suffer as he did me, and who will address the problems if the very expensive surgery does not correct it, without acting as if that doesn't matter.

I was a patient for years. He performed a couple of surgeries on my sinuses and always gave me great care. He is very nice and undestanding.
