DR. NUCKOLS IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR. THE SURGERY ON MY SEPTUM WENT WELL. HE IS PATIENT AND KIND. HE ALSO HELPED WITH MY HEARING. THE STAFF IS GREAT TOO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

Dr. Nuckols and his assistants messed up when placing an order for allergy testing which I had done at the end of the year after having met deductibles. Well it is now the new year, and I would once again have to pay out of pocket for their mistake, which I refuse to do. Of course now they say, the test we didn't have done(i.e. pets, molds, trees, and the like) are unnecessary. If they were unnecessary, why bother ordering the tests in the first place? The tests were for the most common allergies, they just don't want to pay up for their mistakes so the easy thing to say is that the test is unnecessary. Well that doesn't help me with my children's incessant cough that has been going on for awhile now. They even admit it is their own fault, they just aren't going to do anything about it. It's ok to make mistakes, we are all human. It is not ok to not fix your mistakes.

Edit: They just called back and are willing to do some of the tests at their place, but not all of the panel as they were supposed to.

He takes time to clearly explain issues and options with you in a way you can understand. He is patient, kind, gentle and understanding.
