Visited Dr Alexander with our young child. He seemed very much in a hurry and did not take the time to put our child at ease. Rather abrupt and condescending to our requests. We did not return and did the rest of our testing elsewhere.

The clincher was when he asked my husband to explain something and when my husband started to explain he said he was really backed up this morning. Obviously not interested in the person just the illness.

I am so thankful I found Dr. Alexander's office. I have had problems with my ears most of my life, so it is so wonderful to finally find an office that provides superior care and service. I must say Sharon Howard; the Physician Assistant is the one I most prefer to see. Ms. Howard has a wonderful "bed side" manner and is kind, patient and so helpful. Ms. Howard gives 100% hard work and effort to ensure that her patients get the best possible care. It's hard to believe in this day and time that you can still find people who work as hard as Ms. Howard does. She is a wonderful asset to Dr. Alexander's office staff.
