He performed the same procedure 5 times in 3yrs. I was very disappointed.

I recently had a kidney transplant. Dr Todd was the surgeon. I must say meeting him prior to the surgery greatly settled any feelings of anxiety. As someone who did not want a blood transfusion, he was very understanding & stated it would not be an issue. Post surgery, he came to see me every morning I was in the hospital. He answered any questions I had with easy to understand terminology. He has excellent bedside manners...a big teddy bear you might say.

I was so scared and worried before my appointment and Dr. Todd calmed me down and answered all my questions. He really cares about his patients and takes all the time you need to explain things. I feel blessed to have this Dr.

Dr. Todd recently performed a radical nephrectomy on my father. He was forward in the initial findings, options and outcomes; which gave us a huge sense of understanding. The surgery went amazingly well, despite the challenge he was faced with. He called us imm diately following surgery to give us an update. Since then we have had follow up appointments and although the news somber - he was informative, open and realistic. He allowed us to record our meetings - which proved invaluable when sharing factual info as opposed to "I thought he said this.." his compassion is admirable, even in difficult discussions! Luke as his administration was helpful. I recommend this Doctor wholeheartedly!!!

We found Dr Todd so genuine, so rare, so full of compassion. His work is excellent. The wound is healing very nicely after he removed my husband Barry Avisons right kidney. The bedsore that he got in the hospital is another problem. Homecare is coming in three times a week and Im hoping that it heals fast. The hospital had no physios on the long weekend and so I cant really put any to blame for this. Otherwise we were amazed at how it is improving every day. Surgery on the 14 of Feb. and it is now Feb 26.

Dr, Todd removed a malignant tumour from my daughter's kidney 5 years ago. She is (thankfully) doing well- has a child and is getting married this summer. Dr. Todd was very approachable, knowledgeable and compassionate. Before my daughter went into surgery he asked for my cell number and he phoned me as soon as her surgery was over to let me know how everything had gone! He didn't want me to have to wait an extra 3 hours to hear how she was doing. I couldn't believe he would take the time to let me know and I appreciated his kindness and remember it to this day! Dr. Todd is such an
amazing, thoughtful and caring doctor and we feel so blessed to have met him. I'm so grateful to him everyday- he's so busy but he takes the time and makes you feel like you matter. He's such an extraordinary human being! Thank you, Dr. Todd!!

Excellent knowledge and bedside manner. He monitored and treated prostate cancer and made sure I understood everything that was involved. His diligence detected the problem, and his advice on treatment provided excellent guidance. I have complete confidence in his advice and treatment.
