I saw Dr. Christensen on my own to seek a second opinion about my sinus condition. Dr. Christensen actually listened to my symptoms and helped me figure out what was wrong with my sinuses. After following his advice to follow through with surgery, I feel so much better than I did before the surgery. In my opinion, he is the best ENT in the city. I would not go anywhere else for my sinus care.

I really liked Dr. Christensen when I first went to him. He was attentive, listened to what I had to say, empathetic and seemed bright, BUT his front office is an UTTER,COMPLETE MESS! I've never seen such a cluster! They didn't have me on the books for an appointment on my first visit, but the Dr. squeezed me in. The office didn't have my referrals after I had faxed over numerous times, they were tacky when speaking and seemed like they didn't have a clue as to what was going on in the office. When I had a follow-up, the Dr. realized all my reports had been sent to the WRONG doctor. Oops, embarrassing for them. I then had to schedule some scans and had to sit in the nurse schedulers office for over an hour waiting for her to get into work on time - finally arriving at 10:15 am. WHAT A MESS! For such a good Dr., having this sloppy office sure reflects on his credibility. Needless to say, I've changed ENT's. SIGH!

Dr. Christensen has been my ENT for 6 years now and has performed two surgeries on me. I would not go to another ENT. He has fixed me and been there for me anytime I need anything! He is so nice, polite, and his staff has always had my best interest as well. I would very much so recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Christensen was by far the best ENT doctor I have been to for treatment of my sinus problems. He actually listened to my symptoms and promptly figured out what was wrong with my sinuses. He was genuinely concerned about my condition and went beyond the call of duty to help me feel better. Thanks to him, my quality of life has significantly improved.

I went to see Dr. Christensen on referral from my primary care Dr. Dr. Christensen was good as a dr. but only ok as a surgeon. I had to have my thyroid removed. In the process of removing my thyroid he damaged my parathyroid which left me with hypocalcemia for 6 months that finally resolved itself. The endocrinologist he referred me to was awful and when I asked him to manage my thyroid levels he initally agreed and then was very difficult to get a hold of regarding lab results. I would recommended finding another surgeon for thyroid removal.
