Very cold, passive aggressive, and absolutely no bedside manners. Booked appointment after reading write up about him. I wish I read patient reviews as well. He ignored me when I asked questions. I felt he had hearing loss since he ignored me when I was talking. He spent more time typing his notes then focusing on patient and voiced concerns. He had us waiting for over an hour and didnt apologize. Just a terrible visit

He did upper endoscopy without spray. I had so much pain during and after. Never seen a doctor so indifferent in my life.

Arrogant, disrespectful, rude, impatient. The staff placed my husband and I in an examination room we waited 35 minutes for him to come in. He was so abrupt and did not even say hello. He did the very basics examination, and did not explain what he was about to do. When he eventually addressed us to answer questions, we had to ask him to slow down to which he replied "you can read this I will give it to you". I have been in the medical profession and was appalled at the treatment we received. I am not sure if he treats all patients like that or just seniors and non-white, but I have to wonder. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone, we will find another doctor for another examination.

Not much of a people person. He was rushed and a bit abrupt.
He should spend a little time listening to his patients and can be more compassionate.

Miserable experience. Dr. Sorin was rude, condescending, and rough in his examination. Find yourself another doctor. Also had to wait over a half hour and then rushed. Staff was lovely though.

Dr. Sorin takes his time while seeing patients and I didn't feel rushed during my appointment. I was very happy with how thorough he was. Highly recommend to anyone with any type of ENT problem

I took my daughter to Dr Sorin because she had very swollen glands and her primary doctor ordered an MRI, which revealed she needed further testing. I went to Dr. Sorin with the DVD and the radiologist report detailing the reason for further testing. Dr Sorin's exam lasted a total of 5 minutes. He would not look at the disc or the report. He stated "she is a healthy 18 year old". When I stood up to leave visibly upset, he decided to use a nasal endoscope on her (which was not the correct exam to do). He did not even assess her neck or look at the scans. Luckily, we got a second opinion from a qualified ENT specialist. After reading the scans and doing a thorough assessment of my daughter, including feeling her neck, she ordered a biopsy to be done immediately. The results led to my daughter being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Dr. Sorin is incompetent and should not be practicing medicine.

Dr. Sorin is the Best! I went to 2 other doctors to no avail. They just told me to get a hearing aid. Dr. Sorin immediately explained all my options and i couldn't believe that he told me he could do surgery to save my hearing. I will be going back to him for surgery on my other ear. He has a great personality and makes you feel very comfortable. He changed my world! Thanks Dr. Sorin.

Dr. Sorin was the most condescending and arrogant doctor I have ever met. He should be ashamed of himself treating patients the way he does.

Dr. Sorin is extremely serious. He is extremely expert. He did a great job operating on me. My previous doctor had botched the job. Dr. Sorin corrected it.
