SKIP Antalik and go to ANOTHER doctor. He has a temper and throws things in his offive. Very Unprofessional

Horrible experience. Office is poorly run.No one ever calls you back.They keep sending you for tests and scans thst are unnecessary..I guess they love to bill the insurance when the doc knew all along what needed to be done.. Don't waste your time like I did...

Had to have surgery and was sent to ER early in day and was told he would come to see me after his office hours. He didn't. Didn't see him until the next day and he came in without a mask. My surgery took place 4 hours after he said it would and he never came to see me until the next day and they wouldn't let me eat or drink until he did. Very uncaring and unprofessional in my opinion.

I have had 4 different procedures done by the doctor. I absolutely adore him as a doctor and as a person. He treats me with nothing but such kindness! I highly recommend him as an ENT doctor.

I never had any issues with the staff until about 2 weeks ago. I received a phone call from the office after asking to talk to the head nurse or the pa. Instead of either of those I received a call from Brenda. She insisted I was a lier and I was making up my symptoms. I have read so many reviews about how awful the doctors staff is, and I never agreed until Brenda ruined it for me. She has no compassion or respect for me. At one point of the conversation she yelled at me like I was a child. She said so many things she never had any business to say.

I love doctor antalik, but Brenda needs to be fired immediately after the accusations she made to me.

The Dr is great, them chicks behind the window in PennHills are horrible. They shouldn't be in that field. But God don't like ugly. So..

I had an appointment a few days ago. The staff was friendly and helpful. I needed to get a scope done and the young girl that brings you into the room was very knowledgeable in how the procedure goes and was very calming. The visit with doctor was beyond what I was expecting. He was very nice and spent time with you and answered any questions I had. I didn't feel rushed by anyone. Way better than some of the other doctors offices I have been too. 5+++++stars

Dr. Antalik is loved by my entire family. He has taken care of my boys for years... His STAFF is just horrible to you. Zero compassion on the phone. Zero understanding when it comes to appointment times. They have a take what you get attitude. The 5 star goes only to Dr. Antalik himself.. The staff gets a 1 because there is no lower number to assign.
