Dr. Barwell actually communicates the down sides of different medications and works to find the most effective meds for you rather than loading you up on a cocktail of several different meds. I am very happy with her.

I worked with Michelle on the acute psychiatric unit at Butler Memorial Hospital..She was dynamic! She was not afraid to confront patients that needed it and not afraid to show compassion. I miss her..I'm a psych nurse who values her. Butler's loss.....
