Dr Glass was not accomodating at all. The last time I saw him he perscribed me an addictive drug and assured me it was not addictive. At the end he had a sectretary who was not professional or helpful.

This man is all about money. He was my family doctor for over 10 yrs. Not only did he depend on antibiotics (which compromised the immune system of my son and myself), but everything was about how he could extra bill. Last visit was due to a lawsuit for an MVA, and my lawyer who was a medical malpractice specialist told me to run from him as fast as possible. I did and I am sooo happy.

he disn't help us at all, my husband needed to see a specialist and b/c there was extra paper work involved he ignored it and my husband missed amny days of work due to his injury (without pay)! thanks for nothing Dr. Glass! Glad you decided to shut down before all your patients left you.

As far as basic care went, I was satisfied. 2 months before his office relocation he said he'd try to get me an appointment with specialist and asked to call in 2 weeks if i didn't hear from them. I called, left several messages and still don't get a reply, for 2 months - no explanation why. He offered the release of documents from him before they went to a storage, but only now, 2 months later can I get them - from the storage company!

I went to his office for my annual physical and he somehow managed to perform my examination without me removing any clothing!! Definitely not a thorough examination! He'll only address one issue per visit. I brought my elderly father who is in a wheelchair for his appointment and he told us to make another appointment to discuss a second issue. He is not at all compassionate. His secretaries have no administrative skills whatsoever and there is no follow up. Needless to say both my father and I have found another doctor!

My whole family went to see Dr. Glass but one by one we left (those of us who could find an available doctor). He was not a pleasant man and we were not happy with his care. Especially when he lifted up my shirt and startign examining me without any warning (not ideal when you are 11 years old).

I don't think his knowledge is any better or worse than any doctor. However, don't get him to do anything other than his basic duties. Even if you pay for the extra service, he still dawdles and is not conscientious about doing it. He keeps complaining about having to do the task even though he was paid additional money. I needed some paperwork and lab tests done, and rather than taking a couple of weeks, it took about 3 months. And I only got it done after continually hounding him. His receptionist can't follow up on lab results. Not sure if it is because Dr Glass doesn't allow them to, or they just don't know what to do. Either way, they won't followup on test results unless you book an appointment and show up. If you are looking for a doctor who does the bare minimal for you, then Dr Glass is okay. But if you want a really good family doctor, look elsewhere. Cause this one doesn't care about you. Just your money.
