I came in for a routine physical with a lot of questions and felt like she was interested, took time with me, answered my questions, followed up with me and did just all around great care. I appreciated her and felt like she cared! Rare these days in a doctor.

I worked with Dr. De Geest in Portland, OR so know her from the hospital side very well. She was one of our best obs and we do mostly high risk deliveries. She was calm in emergencies, an excellent and fast surgeon and I never saw any mistakes during surgery, the nurses always felt reassured when she was on as everything was going to go well. Highly recommended for compassionate, high quality care.

I'm in the medical profession myself, and I can tell you the Dr. De Geest is the best Ob/gyn I've ever had. She took me through three pregnancies, and is always kind, helpful, prompt, and most of all, gives accurate and helpful responses. I also had a complicated Gyn problem, and she was very thorough and followed up to make sure it was diagnosed correctly and I understood what what happening. She encourages asking questions, and her answers are always very comprehensive and never rushed. If you want the kindest and most intelligent doctor, then go to Dr. De Geest. You won't go wrong!

I love Dr. De Geest. She was calm, helpful, kind and always available during my recent pregnancy. I met with a couple of her partners but they didn't seem as confident with my high risk pregnancy as she did. And she was right, everything went exactly like she said it would. She has my utmost confidence and respect! I would recommend her to anyone looking for answers in an honest manner.

If this is the same blond woman I recently visited, she was absolutely awful and cold. She was not warm or understanding. She blurted out facts, did not have a conversation with me, and was done with me in 15minutes or less. She told me she cannot help me until I have another miscarriage documented in my file because running tests would cost too much without a distinct concern. She is by far the worst doctor I have ever come across and would never recommend her to anyone.

Great doctor who is kind and intelligent. I had a great recovery from my surgery and she was very efficient in her office practice. I would recommend her to all of my friends!

This whole practice seems to been to over populated. There was at one time, 37 people waiting in the wait area, nowhere to sit, and I had to stand. Dr Hocking made mention of procedures that she thought I had done, that I did not! I had to question whether or not she had my chart. Would not reccomend this office at all for ob care unless your OK with scatterbrained and insensitivity.

I think Dr. Hocking is great. She is very knowledgable and has been excellent to work with during this pregnancy. She is very receptive that I am nervous because of my last miscarriage and calms me. I think that she has a great sense of humor, and we were just joking today that I am an 'old' first time mom!

Excellent, Co-operative, Patient. We ask her for to be there for our all visits... and were at her best in every visit.
