This piece of garbage is directly responsible for the death of my niece. How you can withhold the information that your child has a CONGENITAL HEART DEFECT and a 100% fatality rate from the mother is disgusting enough, but then to throw HIPAA out the window and ask me personal information about them during one of MY appointments shows that this "doctor" does not care one bit about his patients or practice. 11 days after being responsible for the death this "doctor" nearly killed me and my daughter as well. I heard he lost his license but I'm not sure that's true, but at least he got kicked out of his practice. St Pete's is just supporting murder docs if they keep allowing him to practice at their hospital (but hey, that's what they're into anyway. Why treat patients when you can kill them instead??)

Would prefer to go to planned parenthood and get treated like dirt than go to this "Healthcare provider" again. It's terrible that the only woman Healthcare provider I'VE HEARD GOOD THINGS ABOUT, women Healthcare clinic, is NEVER accepting new patients. If you are pregnant, have issues, or would just like a check up in helena, mt your choices are to go to Healthcare bullies, or never be seen.

Very poor patient care. Does not care about women and is in the wrong profession! Only takes the cases that involver surgery or child birth. I had a hysterectomy performed by this doctor. When I went back for the follow-up visit he literally said, "I never have to see you again". How crass! He is very bitter with the way medicine and insurance is handled these days. I am sorry, moms, women and babies are very special. I think this doctor needs to go leave!

Dr. Malany is a skilled surgeon, but not a good OB. Does not spend time with you or make you feel like he cares about your pregnancy. His labor/birthing procedure: only showed up when it was time to push, flat on back, hold your breath, push 'til you're purple and when you're told, not when you feel the urge, no resting. I suffered a severe, unnecessary tear. Baby was not stressed, there was no reason for that kind of rush. I had no time stretch. With a following birth and different provider, I was told to "breathe" the baby out and they supported my perineum--no tear at all, even though the baby was twice as big and had his arm up by his head. Also, he was very insistent on inducing me only a couple days after my due date passed, again, for no reason other than "procedure." I also ended up with an infection at the tear site. Finally, I had no insurance and Dr. Malany is the only one of my caregivers who refused to work with me on the cost.

I came to him and as a first-time visitor I expected to have a pelvic exam performed, but he never even did it and although I had an abnormal bleeding he never looked concerned and suggested me to use... condoms! Great advice and total lack of care. He said he was more into delivering babies. I guess you have to be pregnant or have cancer for him to be interested in your money. Shame! I will not recommend any of my friends to go to him - he doesn't care about women's health. He pretty much asked my why I came to him! Unbelievable. I just wanted to find out what is wrong with me and now I know I have a cervical cyst (went to different doctor) but I could just follow his advice and use condoms... Living example of someone who becomes a doctor for a paycheck. Very disappointed.

In the two minutes in the room he was there during my appointments, I never once got a straight answer out of him, was told repeatedly he "wasn't worried" about things that DID end up happening, was treated very poorly by rude receptionists, and had half my appointments canceled because he was on vacation or other non-work related activities. The appointments were always at very inconvenient times so to readjust my schedule only to be canceled on anyway or to have driven all the way up there was incredibly frustrating, even more so after having to deal with condescending receptionists to reschedule an appointment for the third time. I do not feel he cared about me as a patient one bit, just the paycheck. In, out, cold, and distant. The only decent people I met in that office were the nurses.
