Dr.Payne is now our doctor at Meadow Park Nursing home and as a resident consider it a blessing as he replaced this moron wehad named Dr.David Birch. The head nurse on our wing did the majority of his work,he was only there to write up and sign the scrips she advised him to order.Dr.Payne will take his time to listen to and explain to you everything he perscribes for you.

Glad he's not our family doctor any more. Finally got a new one and got referred to specialists where I belonged. GP's don't know everything.

Dr. Payne and his office were amazing. They always got me in within the same day to see the doctor. William was very knowledgeable and was thorough in his examinations. I am sad to see the office closed. They will be missed!

A wonderful physician who unfortunately is giving up his private practice. We will all miss Bill and Marjorie!

Excellent physician. When my father was dying, Bill made house calls and gave us every phone number that he had so that he was always accessible. Marjorie is always pleasant and no matter how last minute the request always manages to fit you in for an appointment.

Moved from Alberta in '08 and with incredible luck, happened to be accepted as a patient of Dr. Payne. His wife Marjorie, is without doubt, the most compassionate of women and enhances his practice immeasurably. My husband has several medical issues and Dr. Payne has been a proactive practitioner in addition to his other skills - a great listener being high on the list. We are incredibly fortunate to have found such a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor and his wife is just such a bonus! The Taylors.

Having a chronic medical condition I used to see Dr. Payne a lot. With his help I now only see him about 4 times a year, once for physical and blood work and 3 times for meds. there has been times when I have been late (unable to leave my client) and the staff is very understanding about other people's lives and responsibility. I had one doctor that I would make an appointment first one in the morning then I was assured to be seen with half an hour or so. NEVER, ok once he had an emergercy at the hospital and my appointment was postponed, NEVER have I had to sit in the waiting area an excessive amount of time. Dr Payne takes the time to explain issues, concerns, and asks about family members he has not seen in awhile. He must spend a lot of time at home reading, because when new things come up in the medical journal or internet that concern me and I talk to him about it, he has knowledge of it. I am thankful that my family has him as a doctor. Would not trade him for anything.

Love Dr. Payne and his team...he's the best doctor I've ever had. Takes the time to listen to emotional and physical problems...he's a rare type of doctor and I'm lucky to be one of his patients.
