Very cold bedside manner, did not wash hands before examining me and did not offer any insight or help to my issues. Would never see again.

I have seen Dr. Okun for years for GYN and OB services. She is straight-forward and direct. Also very knowledgeable and ready to discuss any questions or problems I was having during each of my pregnancies. I would highly recommend her.

I went in for D&C was only given 1.0 of Ativan and 1 tylenol with codeine and 800mg of Motrin. I was in for a D&C after finding out my baby did not have a heartbeat. I called the office the day before to find out if I would be given any other medication beside the ones listed above and I was reassured that I would be getting an IV to sedate me before the procedure. When I got there I asked and Dr.Okun stated they no longer do that anymore. Needless to say I was completely awake for the entire procedure. I was trembling and crying the whole time and they had the nerve to ask me if it hurt & if I was ok (the nerve). I will never ever go back to this office again. I think they treat animals better than this. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had I felt every scrape of my uterus and felt the fetus being ripped from my body. It was traumatizing to say the least. Most horrible awful experience I have ever had.

Dr Okun is respectful, knows hows to communicate and is incredibly smart

Very rude and uncaring physician. I had a complication with my pregnancy and she was not caring in any way shape or form. She was not even sure about the equipment she was using when examining me. I did not feel she was qualified even though her education is impressive. I would NEVER see her for a future pregnancy or recommend her to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Okun for years. She was my OB for both my kids and took great care of us.

Had a cancer spot that she cut off twice and seemed to think it was kind of funny. The second time I started bleeding at home and tried to have her see me back at the office, but she wouldn't and I was just told to go to the hospital. Long story short, I was in the hospital until 2:00 pm just waiting which wasn't necessary if she had just let me come back to the office. Won't be back to her.

She does not spend much time with us during appoitments. One of her staff is very rude. She might be experianced and knowledgeble but does not make us feel at home.
