This Dr was really amazing for the birth of my daughter I did not have him or ever met him inn Dr . Visits until my 4am labor and I truly feel lucky I got him he was articulate no none sense Dr. I actually told him we were going to be one n done one push that’s all I need he laughed and didn’t believe me but honestly easiest birth ever he was professional and flat out just good at his job when it counts. He did me proud I am thankful he was my Dr.

Do not recommend for first time mothers or anyone looking for a compassionate doctor for that matter. Only met him once before during my pregnancy doctor visits and he ended up being the one to deliver my baby. I am a healthy 23 y/o with no complications during my pregnancy and ended up with a c section. He was rushing me while I was in labor to get me to the operating room while I was throwing up. So that was the first incident. Didn’t really see much of him after the surgery. I had mentioned that I was still having pain at my 6 week postpartum visit he said it’s normal. And when he did a vaginal exam I made painful facial expressions and said “ow” while he was checking me and he had the audacity to tell me “relax, it doesn’t hurt that bad” (as if he knew what a vaginal exam felt like after having a baby) I was so in shock that those words even came out of his mouth, in the moment I was silent but I wish I would’ve said something. Once I left the office that day I knew I never wanted to see him again after that. Still having lots of pelvic pain to this day just hoping he didn’t botch my surgery cause he was in such a hurry...

Worst OB experience I have ever had. The exam was rushed, rough and painful, and the doctor was condescending and rude. Made my husband and I very uncomfortable. Definitely does not belong in this line of work.

Receptionist was rude and didn’t seem to like her job at all. I was late 10 minutes for my appointment and she said that I should’ve called to let them know that I was running late as the doctor had already left and would not see me. I explained to her why is it seemingly ok for the patient to wait more than an hour most times for appointments and yet the doctor would refuse to see patient if you are 10 minutes late? She rolled her eyes at me in such a rude way. I said that I wanted to make a written complaint. Shortly after that, I received a letter in the mail from the doctor saying that he is refusing to keep seeing me as a patient. Don’t think that is ethical at all considering I believe the only reason I was dropped as a patient was because they knew a written complaint was coming their way. Please don’t bother seeing this doctor as he has no ethics and seemingly his only defense is to drop you if you complain about anything including the receptionist.

WORST doctor I have ever met in my life. Rude, insensitive, callous and condescending. Saw him in the ER at St. Rose when I was having a miscarriage and he made a personally difficult situation, absolutely miserable, painful and humiliating. He made me feel guilty for having him called into ER late at night and repeatedly asked why I didn't just call my own doctor. My own doctor is out of town and I am having an emergency, you MORON! His pelvic exam was inappropriately rough and painful and made me cry. He is a disgrace and should not even be allowed near woman. I was traumatized and couldn't get away from him soon enough and complained to the head of the hospital. As a result of his behavior and my awful experience, I refuse to ever go back to that hospital. He is an on-call OB dr. there, so please beware.

Dr H. delivered three of my four kids. He was always personal and friendly to myself and my husband. He would answer our questions and returned calls in a timely manner.

Dr. Herpolsheimer has the absolute worst bedside manner. He is dismissive and extremely condensing. I don't even know how he still has his license. I had to deliver my twins early (36 weeks) as per my perinatologist due to one of my placentas aging. When I called the office to schedule my c-section I was informed that my ob was going to be out of town for 2 weeks and they would schedule me when he got back. I told my peri and he said absolutely not because one of my babies was being deprived of food and oxygen which I told Dr. Herpolsheimers staff in my previous phone call with them but they chose to overlook it. I then called back and said it can't wait and had to be scheduled immediately so they scheduled me with Dr. Herpolsheimer. When I went into the OR with him he was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. As he was stitching me up he was talking with the the other dr assisting him about how horrible my previous section scar was. The next day I was walking to the nicu with my husband and we ran into him in the hallway. My husband asked him a question about a concern he had with me, he looked at him with disgust and said with crass why don't you ask your actual doctor. My husband told him, you are my doctor you delivered my twins yesterday and my wife goes to your group. He then looked at a (woman) doctor he was walking with and laughed then looked over and me and very condescendingly said um your fine and that's normal (all spoken very slowly as if he was talking to a 4 year old) HE IS A DISGRACE. Shame on him
