This doctor has the worst bedside manners ever. He doesn't pay attention to details and never addresses his patients' concerns. He is also quick to dismiss any valid remark you make or questions you may have. There are better doctors out there, who actually care about their patients, but not Dr. Rappaport!

Dr. Rappaport has been following both my parents for more than a decade.
He has helped keep their ears clean so their hearing aids can function properly.
He is kind and patient with them, and they both look forward to their visits with him twice a year!
His staff are very pleasant and accommodating as well.
A++++ all around.

I have visited this doctor, but was very disappointed. He didn't answer many of my questions, pretending like he didn't hear them!! He recommended an operation BEFORE ordering an MRI or CT SCAN!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor. He doesn't care about his patients. It's all about $$.

Worst staff and doctor I have ever seen. The staff did not want to deal with me in regards to paperwork, so they passed me around to different departments (several times!), only for them to finally look and find the necessary paperwork. And the woman was extremely rude! Huge waste of my time. Then, when I finally had my apt. with Dr Rappaport, I was extremely disappointed. I was waiting for my apt. with him for several months and as a result, saw another doctor at a private clinic who diagnosed me (this doctor was fantastic!!!). I still decided to keep my apt. with Dr. Rappaport since I had been waiting for so long... it never hurts to get a 2nd opinion. He was upset that I went and told me he does not know why I came because I was already seen and diagnosed, so I was wasting his time - he has other patients who need him, that are waiting for him. I was super shocked at how rude he was, and his huge lack of care! He did not want to help me at all. I forced him to listen, and told him what the other doctor diagnosed me with and if he agreed or not. Before I even had the chance to explain my symptoms, and the events that lead to what I have, he stopped me and said he agrees with the other doctor and explained what the disease is (which I obviously know already! I did not want to know about what I had, I wanted his opinion on the diagnosis). So it was a huge waste of my time, he said he agreed with the diagnosis just to get me out of his office. Truly a horrible doctor, please do not go see him. Find someone who is not only knowledgeable, but who actually cares.

Dr.Rappaport is a breath of fresh air. He is polite and makes you feel at ease. He answers all your questions and is very assuring. His knowledge is impecable
