I became a patient of Dr. Sami David after several stressful years of trying to conceive, including 3 failed IVFs. My first visit was a revelation. Dr. David immediately suggested a number of potential issues that no previous physician had ever considered, let alone explored. He took the time to explain the nuanced underlying health concerns that he believed were affecting my fertility. The comprehensive blood tests he ordered revealed crucial information, not only for my fertility, but for my general well-being. I am forever grateful to Dr. David for his attention to detail & his warm, caring approach. Throughout my time as his patient, I have felt truly respected & supported by Dr. David & his superb staff. They're all extremely professional, competent & responsive. Although I’m still working toward my goal of having a baby, I’m happy to offer this testimonial now, because the wonderful care I have received at Fifth Avenue Fertility has been indispensable to my journey.

This is one of the most incompetent offices I have ever encountered. Dr. David behaves as though he cares about your unique situation, but when his office screws up (and you m/c) he will charge you $300 for a 5 min call. Go here if you want to be treated by a NP & PA. He is rarely there & comes in mainly for new appts. The absurd prices! My doctor now charges $70 for an HCG shot. His office charged $250. They have the audacity to add a "fee" for each pregnancy. One size fits all, & they push intralipid infusion on pretty much anyone. Not only did going to David hurt my bank account, but my opinion on drs. Some of these drs don't care & only look at patients as $ dispensers. I would not mind spending $, if the Dr. was on point. The mistakes made were appalling. Couldn't even report the right insurance info to the labs. I almost forgot to mention how they fail to call you with test results. When you call, you are a burden. The location & decor are the ONLY nice things I can share.

I appreciated the willingness of Dr David to think outside the box. He has clearly been a trailblazer in his field. However, this was not an appt that was worth $800.00. He arrived 2 hours late (due to emergency surgery) and wasn't as careful about reviewing my record as I had hoped.

Wow,I thought I was the only one with bad experiences with this doctor! 1-he gave me progesterone, then called days later to say my progesterone levels were very high - Duh! 2- He had me in for a post coital exam to see my husband's sperm inside me, forgetting that my husband hadnt reversed his vasectomy. 3-he gave me a shot of HCG after ovulation then days later, called to say I was pregnant. I wasn't. He basically read the HCG in my blood and forgot he had given me the shot! 4- He started treating me w/ esthinyl estrodiol. I didnt notice at first but I stopped producing my own estrogen. 1.5 years later, he advised me to give up and consider egg donation. Another doctor gave me metformin which resumed my cycle. So I went back to Dr. David and he gave me esthinyl estrodiol again. Guess what? I'm now not producing estrogen again! Another doctor said it's common that giving someone estrodiol will cause her body to stop producing its own. I'm so sad. I'm now 43 and hopeless.

Stay away from this doctor. He is a classic PR FIRM created 5th Ave. doctor. He can and will do harm to you. His knowledge is close to zero. I had to go to other doctors to fix the mess he created inside of me. STAY AWAY LADIES!!

He is a professional, caring and knowledgeable dr. I just had to se him once and he figure out a way for me to get pregnant. He studied all my test results carefully and thorowly, very impassive and pleasant experience highly recommended,

When all hope was lost, this man helped us in ways no one else was able to. After numerous failed attempts to have a baby, within three months we were successful with the help of Dr. David. Not much more to say...

The most amazing doctor we ever interacted with. Low-key and very smart. Has very knowledgeable staff. Took our thick folder that we had sent him initially home, studied it, and knew all details when he first saw us. Open to new ideas, very friendly. A remarkable man.
