Been seeing Dr. Hay and Receptionist Cheryl for years now. Best Dr.to have complete eye exams and cataract surgery done. I had both eyes done in the span of a year. Trilled with results! Am glad he is younger than because he will outlive me and I will see no other when it comes to my eye care.

I have dry eye syndrome and saw Dr. Hay several times. He inserted plugs which made my eyes much worse. Fortunately I found another doctor which prescribed antihistamine eye drops as well as Restasis and am 100% better. I would definitely not recommend this doctor. Another thing I disliked very much about this office is that the receptionist insists on inserting drops to dilate your eyes on every visit, even when it is completely unnecessary - a very rude and strange woman!

During the holidays, Dr. Hay responded to emergency room call and quickly diagnosed eye problem. He also called to follow-up on problem and spent considerable time answering questions.
