Waiting for an hour is only half of the problem with this doctor. In the past 2 years I have waited in the office for over an hour and once getting into the examination room only been allowed to ask one question; also i lost 65lbs and he didnt even notice or check my blood pressure. Also have had several issues with percriptions either him not knowing what he has perscribed to me or perscribing me medications that i am allergic to such as penicilin! On top of all this he says that as a 22 yr old female "I am too YOUNG to have allergies and be tested for them" What kind of a DR is HE?

When my family doctor retired (who in my opinion was one of the best this city has ever had - Dr.Bob Farley), I wondered how I would ever get used to a new doctor. All I have to say is that Dr John is all around excellent! He is friendly and thorough - and the second best family doc I've ever had.

I had the misfortune of having this doctor for a number of years. Wonderful at first, as this was when he had just started. As time progressed, he always seemed distracted, and had a difficult time referring to a specialist although after months of complaints about the same issue, no help was received.I believe his reply was "you must be starting menopause!" Even when I ended up having two emergency surgeries regarding the same issue, never could he bring himself to say "I'm sorry, I should have referred you when you asked." Beware patients of this doctor if a specialist prescribes anything stronger than a tylenol 3 and expects the family doctor to take over the care. He may even drop you as a patient... This is only the tip of the iceberg.
