This woman has no and I repeat no people skills. I see by some responses that I am not the only person who feels this way. Mary Robertson is notorious for driving her front desk staff away. She is very stressed out, berates and is condesending to her staff in front of her patients. You should be ashamed Mary.

Dr. Robertson has been my doctor for over 8 years and I couldn't ask for a better one! She helped deliver both my little ones and has always been there when I needed her most. She is very accommodating and always putting me first as a patient. If it wasn't for her, I may not have made it through my first pregnancy. Thank you Dr. Robertson for all your hard work and attentiveness!!

I have been going to Dr. Mary Robertson since she started practicing in North Van. I have always found her to be very ehlpful and knowledgeable. id ever she was unsure of anything, she was not afraid to seek a second opinion.

As a patient you will find respect here. Dr. Robertson will put you first. She has taken care of three generations of females in my family for the past 25 years. On more than one occasion she has booked me as her last patient so I could go in an have a good cry. No assembly line here. I highly recommend Dr. Robertson for her patience, thoroughness, and probably the best bedside manner around! Go Mar!!!

A very caring professional. Rare! Goes the extra mile to make sure you receive the attention required. She should be an inspiration and role model to young women everywhere, in addition any aspiring physician could learn a thing or two from her! Very happy my family found her.

Photographic memory for every detail of prior visits and meds. A true patient advocate. Never cuts corners and has amazing thoroughness. Answers own phone and books appts. Makes callbacks well into the evening (after hours) when lab results come in. Is said to be a tiger at the hospital..but as a patient we obviously come first. That is a very welcome relief. Brilliant doctor. We are so lucky.
