Very very rude and unprofessional called me names over the phone did not let me talk or get a word in edge wise just yelled and yelled!! can not believe she is a doctor!!! I would leave no stars if I could

Most of the individuals on here need a thicker skin, she is a doctor trying to get to the bottom of what your ailment is. I’ve been seeing her for about 8 years now and while Dr Robertson can be a bit overbearing she really does care (unless you don’t have the patience). She always makes time to see me usually same or next day. She desperately needs a full time front desk person but she doesn’t want to spend the time training someone so I’ve just grown accustomed to her seeing me 20-30m later than my apt time. Her knowledge is vast with her years of experience and she will do whatever it takes to get you in to see a specialist if required. I will miss her when she finally retires as I’ve developed a bond with her and trust her diagnosis and opinions. She’s Wild West but she’s great.

Dr. Robertson has been my doctor for quite some time. But I've been noticing over the last few years, she has absolute no bedside manners. She is very rude over the telephone and yells for no reason, only because you asked a simple question. She makes her patients wait forever but if you are late and she's been waiting, all hell breaks loose and she lectures you. I've put up with her ways for a while but finally decided to look for another family doctor who will actually listen and treat their patients with respect and not so condescending.

As a Dr she is good (not exceptional but), however, for being a Dr she is VERY RUDE and totally lacks manners of respect towards others, even for her colleagues (other doctors, she talks very bad about them, of course behind of them)
She needs help and do not have any staff working for her and I kind of guess why, she is getting older and need helps, she is very disorganized.
Don't like to listen to the patients, she just talk , talk talk and not listen and if you try to said something she start yelling at you...... uffff

She is the worst doctor i’ve ever encountered. It’s a waste of time to see her because all she will do is dismiss everything you’re concerned about and not to mention talk back and if you don’t let her finish, she will continue to yell at you and make you feel absolutely powerless. She needs to retire because she is slowly putting others in their grave with the negligence

My mother is 99. In the early stages of Covid she asked Mary to renew her thyroid pills over the phone so the pharmacy could deliver. She immediately said no; that my mother needed to visit the office. That making such a visit was perfectly safe. Now, an in person visit before re ordering a very minor prescription might be a protocol but such protocols were suspended during the pandemic. My mother refused to go because her mobility is very poor, we were staying away to protect her and she was very afraid of catching the virus. All reasonable points at her age but Mary would not budge. And never suggested making a house call as other reviewers have experienced. As a result my mother did not get her medication and refuses to see her ever again. Luckily she has been healthy and has had no ill effects from not taking the thyroid pill. But because Mary was so unpleasant, my mother is currently without a gp as she edges towards 100.

She was my doctor from 1976 till I went to Vancouver Island in 2016. Oh, how I wish she still was. Although she was disorganized and could be curt, she was always available, usually same day, and had time to talk. She visited elderly patients, including my mother, in their homes. Yes, she could be short with people, but she got her patients in to see specialists quickly. Now I have no doctor when I most need one most and need to make an appointment one week in advance for a telephone appointment. When I have seen a clinic doctor in the past four years you may only talk about one problem at an appointment.
