Wait times are ridiculous ... It does not matter if you are the first appointment or an after lunch appointment (we were a 9am). We waited over an hour and fifteen minutes before we just walked out!

Dr. Crow is a very knowledgeable doctor. She listens and is very good. However, I waited for 2 hours beyond my appt. time twice before I could see her. Turns out that afternoons are not the best time to see her as she and the other docs in the group has a student at that time so it takes her awhile to get to each patient. The staff are not so great, and there is a long wait. Mornings are better.. you only wait an average of 30 min. to see a doc. My husband is fed up with me seeing her (because of the long wait, and she did not even apologize for her lateness), so I'm looking for another pediatrician for my baby and the one that is on the way.
