You don’t ever get a human.
They never returned your call, no. Matters how serious the situation is, they never refill your prescriptions when you leave a message to refill.
You asked for a doctor zoom visit and weeks go by no appointment scheduled
The office is a mess and apparently doctors don’t care

This was my Peds primary care growing up. As I had many health problems when I was a child, I can honestly say that I would most likely not be here if it were not for her.

I'm always frustrated when waiting a horrific amount of time to see her, but as soon as she's in the room, I completely forget about my frustration. I just LOVE her and how caring and compassionate she is. And, each time, because of that, I do it all over again. My advice, book the first appointment of the day, always.

Very knowledgeable staff! Doctor takes time to know and understand each patient. Sometimes you have to wait because the patient before you needs more time with the doctor. She is the most caring and loving doctor I have known.
