Dr. Mark is the best Dr. my husband and I have ever had. We have been with him for 18 years. If he doesn't know what the problem is he will send you to someone who does.We try to take good care of ourselves,but he does even better.He is a "friend" who cares. We would have NO other Dr. in Nanaimo.

I have been going to Dr. Mark for as long as I can remember. Other descriptions of him are right on. Yes, you have to wait even tho you have an appt. but that is because he never knows how long a patient needs to talk to him and he doesn't rush you out. I know I have had my long appts. with him. He doesn't make you feel like anything is stupid to mention and he follows thru on whatever you are concerned about. He has a comfortable feel about him and also very professional so you don't mind talking about anything personal or embarrassing. I wish he wouldn't retire!

Dr Mark is preventitive medicine man. He keeps himself in excellent physical condition, and his medical advice is to eat properly and exercise as much as possible. He seems to me to keep abreast of medical developments. He takes the time to explain matters to a patient. His manner is polite, helpful and encouraging.

he keeps you waiting but that is because he is so thorough with his patients. Once in he gives you his undivided attention and takes as long as necessary, no rushing you out. Very personable and great sense of humor too

He has been my Dr. for 30 years and has ALWAYS been very knowledgable. He will draw pictures to help you understand and has a great bedside manner. He is very compassionate and personable. I have great confidence in him.

Identifies issue, determines course of action, calls in the troups when necessary and DOESN'T push prescriptions!!! Supports alternative therapies. Does great triage!!!

He is a very personable doctor who takes the time to talk with you and doesn't rush you out of his office. He is also very knowledgeable and he has a great bed side manner as well.
