Dr Kurytnik and his staff are always friendly and very helpful. He is very helpful and full of knowledge and willing to listen. Very good Doctor

Dr. Kurytnik has compassion and patience.
The staff are efficient.
It is difficult to get an appointment for acute health concerns however. I wish Nanaimo had proper walk in clinics.

Dr K, been my Partner and my Doctor since he started practicing in Nanaimo, must be at least12 years now. We did not have a doctor in Nanaimo as had just moved from Victoria, but as soon as D Kheard this, he was instantly willing to us both on as his patients. I have not been a easy patient since day one , have had ALOT going on,but this has never been an issue for him. His staff and himself have always been able and willing to get me in to the office on very, very short notice when emergencies have come up. Doctor Khas always listened, taking into consideration what I have had to say, my opinion, cari g about what I had to say. Even when test results did not always show what was going on, he believed me when I said there is something wrong, would not give up, and help keep searching for the answer. Probably the most compassionate Doctor I have ever had, has never made me uncomfortable, always greats with a hand shake and smile, remains calm and open minded. He may seem like is rushed, but that is because he is so busy fitting in extra patients like myself who have phoned that day, asking to see him, he is trying to be as helpful to as many people possible. As for paper work, bring it with you, he most of the time will fill it out then and there, if not , give the guy a little credit, he is so busy and doing the best he can. If you get this man as your doctor, you are so fortunate because they don’t get any better. I would not trade him in for any other. I wish all the other condescending, arrogant doctors that don’t listen and have no bed side manner took some lessons from Dr . K, he is amazing!!!

All our family trust to Dr. Kurytnik because he is experienced, optimistic and takes all of our concerns seriously. He is delivered our third child and everything was awesome! I recommend this Doctor with all my heart. I am new in Nanaimo and I am feel lucky that this awesome Doctor taking care of health of my family. Doctor Kurytnik you are the best! Good luck at everything! Stay awesome!

Here is the real deal: Dr Kurytnik is a poor doctor. He does as little as possible. Only hands out prescriptions. He has been our family doctor since 2010. He has not even seen my tonsils... The office cannot keep staff. Unbelievable...
