Compassionate and patient. Referred us to specialist and for CT Scan at NRGH, both seen within 2 weeks.Has phoned us at home to follow-up and ensure that referrals have taken place. We have great confidence in him and are so pleased we can see him for advice and care whenever necessary.

Dr. Mark was my mother-in-law's doctor for many years. I only wish he were my doctor too. The care she received was beyond what could be expected. She passed away last year at age 93. Words cannot express how highly our family appreciates Dr. Mark. If I'd only know of him years earlier, he would have been my doctor too.

Dr.Mark has been my physcian for over 30 years. He makes me feel so at ease. He explains everything in great detail including drawing picutres so that you understand what the problem is.. If he feels you need to see a specialist he is very selective in who he referrs you to. He takes the time to hear your concerns and I have never felt rushed. He has called me at home on his day off and late at night when I have had medical problems. When it comes to a family physcian Dr. Mark is the best there is. When he retires it will next to impossible to to find a new physcian that will be as kind and caring as he is. He should be awarded the "Best Family Doctor Award" for BC.

Dr. Mark has been my doctor for 30 years and also my children's doctor. He is always freindly, caring and explains things thoroughly, right down to the descriptive pictures he will draw for you. He is always willing to send you to a specialist if needed, and is selective in who you will see. Follows up on every detail. A great doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Mark for about 32 years and he has always been there like a best friend. If he is not sure, he sends you to some one who will know. The best bedside mannor and really cares about his patients. He always has the time to talk with you and makes sure that you understand what is going on. I don't know what I will do when he retires, as I think it will be impossible to replace such a fine doctor.
