Dr Greenblat was attentive and did an amazing job. She was there for me every step of the way, and she was the most incredibly knowledgable doctor I have had. She always knew how to ease my anxiety and keep me positive. She has now helped me with more then conceiving once, and I couldn't be happier. Thankfully my eggs are there and after paying my storage fees today, I can tell you I will be continuing my journey there alongside Dr.Greenblatt. not only her but her entire team, nurses and fellow doctors do amazing work. With the size and research ability that a place like Mount Sinai has, do yourself a favor and make sure you get a referral to Dr.Greenblatt. you will not be disappointed, my family is a family because of her love, knowledge and care.

I had complex, multifactorial fertility issues when I first came to Dr Greenblatt. She did not like being presented with a challenging case. She was inattentive and careless, overlooked obvious problems, and was incompetent in her performance of a simple office hysteroscopy. Finally a battery of tests conducted outside her office persuaded her that I needed surgery, which she performed at Mt Sinai. It did not go well, and she had the audacity to complain to me about it as I was waking up from anesthesia, as if her failure had been my fault. It became clear fairly quickly that she'd botched the surgery horribly; her poor technique and outdated technology resulted in further problems, including Asherman's. With great difficulty I obtained the surgical report, which was strangely incomplete and contained conflicting information. Eventually I had to go the US to get a series of surgeries to correct her mistakes, after which I had a succcesful pregnancy and now have a healthy child. I would advise you to never risk your health with this doctor. Mt Sinai should be ashamed to have her at the helm of an important fertility clinic. Also, her secretary was ridiculously rude and difficult to contact. Disastrous and harmful.

Her bedside manner could use improving. She will try and override your choices as a patient acting like she knows best and st the end of the day you may end up with no results. There is no troubleshooting for this doctor.

I'll add to the chorus of people frustrated with their experience with Dr Greenblatt. After an initial consultation where she and her resident were very confident about my chances of conceiving, I underwent the normal battery of tests. When we met to review them, she changed her tune based, as far as I can tell, on no information in particular. She didn't work to understand what was happening or problem solve - and was dismissive of suggestions I made (I wasn't sure what to do given that she and the resident had no ideas regarding what to do next!). Her office was slow to respond, and the protocol at the clinic was really confusing. I'm going to try my luck with another clinic.

Dr. Greenblatt is an incredible doctor. She is empathetic, knowledgeable, and an expert in fertility. I can't understand the negative comments here as I found her to be sensitive and supportive throughout the entire IVF process. I am grateful to her for my beautiful daughter and feel lucky to have been referred to her.
