Howard is amazing and so is the rest of the staff. The day he retires will be the day I stop going to the dentist!

Dr. Marcotte has been my dentist since he started his practice. I have just had another procedure and as usual they are SO amazing. Dr. Marcotte is kind, patient, always explains what is happening and why. He helped straighten out my front teeth without braces 36 years ago, and I still just wear a retainer at night. I will be very sad to see him retire! It's the end of era and I will definitely still use their clinic even though it's not near my house. He is exceptional!

Dr. Marcotte has been our family dentist for approximately 30 years. At all times he and his staff have been exceptional in the level of service and genuine concern in our dental health. I am pleased and comforted to know my grandsons are now Howard's clients

He seems to book to many patients, jumps from patient to patient. He is very expensive and I am glad to see him retire I think he's been doing this far to long. I like the man but lately he hadn't been himself.

I have gone to Marcotte since I was very young and continued to go as an independent adult. I found the fact that they do not direct bill to your insurance to be a problem since the average joe can't afford a $700+ dental bill on the fly. I just dealt with this as Marcotte himself is such a kind and knowledgeable person, however, recently there's been more problems then good. Reception seems to be getting worse. I called to cancel an appointment and the receptionist did not make an effort to reschedule me in at a later date at all. I got put on a notification list if anything opened up and when there was an opening I called them only to be disconnected mid-conversation 3 times. It was definitely not my cellphone. Cancelling and booking another appointment should not be so difficult, especially with the prices this office charges.

Oh and on a last note, Marcotte is semi-retired so if you don't book a morning appointment chances are you will get a different younger dentist. I personally am not a fan of him and would rather go to a lower cost dental office if I'm going to get a younger/less experienced dentist.

Dr Marcotte has been my dentist for over 10 years. He is always gentle and knowledgeable. He always remembers things we have discussed in the past and monitors any concerns I may have. The staff are friendly and process my insurance efficiently.

The staff and doctors here are awful. I went to get a simple procedure, waited 45 minutes to be helped, and then the staff was so rough with me that I cried through out the appointment, I asked for freezing and they refused. I would not refer anyone here.
