I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Rao, not only is he a great doctor but a great human being. Dr. Rao is very compassionate and caring. I had been taking my child to a popular pediatric group before Dr. Rao & it was a mistake. I am so grateful that I was highly recommended to give Dr. Rao a try. He makes us feel like we are family, he is always available for us even after hours. I fully trust him with my child's health care.

We have been going to Dr.Rao Vinnakota for the past 3 yrs, Most of the times when we needed his services he is available. When he is not available he has covering doctors. He sees patients even on weekends or after hours (when necessary) and takes time to discourage patients from going to emergency rooms for sore throats etc., His staff are friendly and helpful, medical records are maintained by EMR. In brief they are good, caring people and we are very happy to have them as our doctors. It is a very prsonal/family matter and we are very glad with this decision to have them as our doctors.

I think Dr Rao is great. He would rather have you try simple remedies like Saline spray than drug your kid up with whatever is new. I also agree with the previous rating that Dr Rao trys very hard to make sure I understand everything he is doing and why he is doing it. Even though he dosen't kill trees to print you out records unless requested, he does update the immunization card I bring with me whenever my son is getting shots. And I cant think of many doctors who will meet me at his office on a holiday, without charging me an extra penny. Overall Dr Rao gets an A+ from me

At the time he took my daughter in I had no insurance and was low on cash. Dr. Vinnakota worked with me. He took me in before the Doctor's office hours on Saturday mornings when we had Emergencies. I have nothing but praises for this doctor. If anything, it is nothing short of positive comments I have for him. He even tended to my husband when we had no insurance and when my husband wanted the flu shot gave him a free one. He is VERY careful with his explanations and is VERY patient to make sure you understand. He allows you the time to explain what is taking place as well and does not cut you off in your questions. I wonder if we are talking about the same Doctor due to the bad reviews I am seeing here...

Absolutely the worst doctor that I have ever delt with. Rude, uncaring, uninterested - simply a jerk. Having him for a doctor is like not having one! I wouldn't trust him with any child!Time for him to retire.

High headed..thinks he knows everything. Very proud of his practice and achievements very egostic. He misses basic ABCs of pediatric practice and takes things for granted and does not follow vaccinations schedule properly.
