It is true about the receptionist...she can be extremly short with you and rude. So sad because Dr. Pinapati is very good and the nurse practitioner Mary is excellent! I've been taking my 4 children there since 1993, before that my nieces went there. They never rush and have always taken the time to answer and questions or concerns that I have had.

Dr. Pinapati and her assistant P.A., Mary are both wonderful. The nurses are also wonderful. The Dr. and Mary are knowledgeable and take the time to talk to the children and parents. They genuinely care about the physical and mental health of the children and the family as a whole. I took my children to Dr. Pinapati starting in 1988 and in 2011, my granddaughter became her patient. The receptionist and the woman that works on billing are not-so wonderful. They tend to be rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional. They never admit they make mistakes and are only pleasant if there are no questions or issues to discuss. If Dr. Pinapati would replace her reception and billing staff, I'd give her a 5 rating all around.

My children have been patients of Dr. Pinapati for over 16 years. Dr. Pinapati is an extraordinary doctor. She takes her time to ask important questions about family life, school life and health questions. She is always willing to answer any and all questions and is extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Pinapati runs a family oriented practice. Her practice is not one where you are sitting in a line being pushed through like an assembly line. When I take each of my children to see Dr. Pinapati she not only knows my childs name, but also the name of her sibling and all of her cousins that also see Dr. Pinapati. I think that such an attribute is very rare in todays day in age. I would highly recommend Dr. Pinapati as a peditrician.

Dr. Pinapati is rarely there. Mary, the nurse practitioner appears to be overworks as she has become extremely rude and short. Does not have time for questions. She does not appear to have the well being of my child anywhere in her interst. The receptionist, Sue, is extremely rude and nasty. She's just miserable. It's impossible to get the nurse to return a call- it may take ALL day. It's equally as hard to make an appointment. They just don't get back to you. It's very disappointing to see such a practic have such little concern for others- especially when we're talking about sick babies.

Great doctor! Went to her from when I was an infant to 18 years old and she always knew how to fix me. She is so kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have had Dr. Pinapati as a pediatrician for almost 20 years and I would highly recommend her to anyone. The office is small and old. There is a newer lady at the front desk who is extremely rude and condescending. The receptionist Janet is very nice and helpful. Sue and Maureen, the RNs, are great. I particularly like Sue and think she gives the quickest and easiest shots. Mary, the PA is seen almost as much as if not more than Dr Pinapati. She is great, helpful, knowledgeable, and she definitely gives you the time you deserve. Dr. P is busy, but she is smart, proactive and very kind. The only thing that I don't like is that she is less available than she used to be. It seems like she is harder to get for sick appointments.
