What a nice caring Dr. I'd highly recommend him. Receptionist was warm and friendly.

I had bilateral bunionectomy Jan 6 2023, I was treated extremely well from both staff and the surgeon himself. He told me what to do to make this surgery a success and I followed his recommendations and by week 8 when casts removed I was able to tolerate discomfort allowing me a speedy recovery and i have had no discomfort or reoccurrence in either foot. I needed a surgeon who was skilled and knowledgeable and I have nothing but praise for dr casses.

Dr Casses did a total hip replacement on me a year ago which gave me a new lease on life. His surgery transformed my life from constant excruciating hip and back pain and inability to eat to perfect hip flexibility and ability to do daily 5 km walks with ease. Dr. Casses was most polite, knowledgeable and THOROUGH.

HORRIBLE DOCTOR! He fat shames patients and is extremely rude. You can't ask questions because he dismisses you by practically snaps your head off. He fill important papers out and twists what you tell him. He has no bedside manner. I have never met such a terrible doctor in my life .

HORRIBLE DOCTOR! I'm not sure how any one has given him a good review. The man is rude and has zero bedside manors. Asked a question and he practically snaps your head off! Rude to his staff in front of patients.. He didn't explain any of my progress, just put a cast on. Something has happened and he is no longer at the clinic anymore....so I was assigned a new doctor. Thankfully as this man should not be treating people with the attitude he has!!

I had a bunionectomy performed by Dr. Casses in 2020. I had a great experience. He was thorough with me and answered all my questions. In reference to another person's comments, I am an overweight woman. I never felt he was being rude to me, rather very friendly. My surgery was a great success. All post-op visits great. So much so that I referred my brother-in-law to him and he thought he was terrific. I am now going to have my second foot done with Dr. Casses. I don't want to say that what others feel is wrong but I think we do have to understand that hospitals are very busy these days. I was very nice to Dr. Casses and he was very nice to me, as were all the staff. And after years of agony, I have no pain at all in my foot that he operated on and it is as straight as a pin. I am actually looking forward to getting my other foot done. Honestly, I thought he was lovely and very skilled.

If you are fit with a straight forward injury you can take your chances, but if you are overweight with any other factors, do ANYTHING you can to avoid this doctor. He is ineffective in any complex situation and has crude, vile and brutish communication and patient care skills. He is fat-phobic and while weight should be honestly discussed as a factor with many conditions and injuries, with him it is a point of shame, bullying and disrespect. It will blind him to all other contributing factors and, quite frankly, damage the doctor- patient relationship to a point where he is ineffective. A vast percentage of people will not lose weight quickly or sustainably based on shaming and bullying. Everyone deserves a doctor who will see them as a whole person, consider the most effective way to discuss lifestyle factors and speak to them with dignity and respect. I had just given birth, my life was turned upside down with new, chronic pain. He will blame weight for all joint and body pain, weight bearing or not- and I guess because you deserve pain for being fat, he will offer nothing additional to help beyond that. This guy was in the news after being arrested for harassment for the second time- not at all a surprise. I wish there was a true way to hold physicians accountable for their patient care, as it has so much impact on their clinical outcomes.

An absolutely disgusting human being. From picking up the phone directly cursing regarding the call
telling me he learned English from sleeping with my mother insist on cursing as much as possible. Absolute mystery how a person can become a doctor.

Dr CASSES was excellent. I posted last week however in err it summed up to a three star rating. Dr CASSES was early for the appointment and I was out in 15 mins. 5 star all the way.
