Pros: Dr. Maerz is a good doctor. Appointments are easy to get and the staff is considerate and flexible with timings. Our wait time was zero and we were always ushered into a room as soon as we arrived. In case of emergencies, either Dr. Maerz or one of his nurse practitioners always called back within about 20 minutes. Cons: The clinic environment is a little unconventional from other clinics, which some people may like and some may not. We were not comfortable with the presence of pet dog in the clinic, but some children seemed to love playing with it. Discussions tend to be long and sometimes digressing, which may or may not suit some people. Nothing seriously wrong, just a matter of personal preference.
