Nothing positive, will say anything to push you out of the office has been this way for years, staff is rude and pushy as well. Horrible bed side manner does nothing but complain about actually having to do his job. I would rather wait 6 hours in emerge than go back to this doctor. DO NOT RECOMMEND to my worst enemy

Horrific to say the least! The wannabe nurses at the desk have no empathy and should be working at the Riverport rather than dealing with people who need help. They never answer the phone, so if you have to cancel an appointment you’re screwed. Even other doctors offices have nothing good to say about them. Getting a referral to another dermatologist that is, and has, professional attributes.

Great doctor but unreliable office as a whole, always on vacation and referrals don’t get sent to the hospital or life labs with the tests he says he is requesting.

They are always booking at least 2 weeks out ..And his nurse ...well..she NEVER looks in the chart ...she never books a specialist . Never ...It is always ..well, I called them ... She doesnt . Spano is knowledgable ..Just doesnt seem to care . I guess he needs to retire .. I like the guy ... but .

Dr Spano has been nothing short of great for me. He always answers every question I have, supports me and helps me with what is best for my health. The staff are great and the receptionist is absolutely wonderful and pleasant to deal with. I brought my daughter on as a patient with him because I trusted him more than the original pediatrician I had for her and he has been awesome for her as well and he is great with kids! I'm glad I have him as a doctor and I will be sad when he retires.

Been seeing Dr Spano over 20 years. Great doctor and staff. He is always concerned and helpful with any issues I might have. Usually see him within 10 minutes of arriving.

I have never had an issue with Dr. Spano. His staff are friendly, and really nice. He is helpful, knowledgable, and he is really good with kids. I switched my daughter from a pediatrician to him because I felt more comfortable with him than the pediatrician who took her on when she was born. They have a large clientele which gets a little frustrating when you book an appt and have to wait 2+ weeks for an appt but thankfully if I have issues, I will just go to emerge and wait for the appt I need.

Dr Spano staff is not helpful. You couldn't get help if you tried in this office. Nurse Ratchett needs to go and Dr. Spano needs to retire. Hasn't even taken my blood pressure in years!
