I have been coming to this guy for years and I have got to say he has been great. But the past year I have had 2 skin conditions and when i brought them up he said that it was just something with pigmentation but If its just pigmentation why does it itch and get bumps and is able to be scraped off... i know what pigmentation is and the areas I am talking about do not just have abnormal pigmentation. And I have had both of theses problems for 3 years.
